We had damage done in the storm in May and the insurance was less than helpful. Mr. Flores made the process so much easier to get our roof repaired. From the moment he gave us our estimate to the completion of the roof, was all done in a timely manner(even with rain). He worked with us to fix any other damage we noticed and went beyond our expectations! The receptionist was very kind and was able to answer all my questions. We will definitely be referring him to our family and friends and will continue to work with J. M. My wife and I are very satisfied with our experience with this company! The owner was on site every day evaluating the work and making sure everything was running smoothly. He gave us exceptional customer service and explained everything in detail about what had to be done and what the pricing would be. After our new roof was installed, he walked us through and showed us everything they did and he also had taken photos with his drone to show us the roof from above. I had a shingle roof installed and they did an amazing job! The builders who built my home wanted to cut corners and installed very cheap material which caused for the shingles to fly off within 5 years we purchased the house and three rooms got water leaks. Mr. Flores educated us on how a roof should be properly installed and the materials that are required to avoid any moisture / humidity getting into your home. With that said, the quality of the shingles and the vents they used to reroof our home was amazing! When they were done working for the day, they would leave our home / driveway squeaky clean — no nails! :) I recommend this company for any roofing needs you may need for your home! The owner is very attentive, responds quickly to any questions you may have and helps you understand the process of what it takes to install a new roof or make any repairs — depending on your needs. We have had bad luck with people in the past who were out to just make money with us and in return gave us a bad experience. This is an honest company who truly understands your needs and genuinely wants to help you! Our experience was a great and unforgettable one and this is by far one of the best investments we have made! Thank you for being by our side every step of the way Mr. Flores!
