I had my residential roof replaced with a new metal roof by Kelley roofing. Doug came out and gave me a quick quote and after shopping around we decided to hire him based on familiarity with the Mueller products used and the competitive price offered. Everything went smooth and was only 4 days from start to finish. Roof looks great and they provide 10 year workmanship warranty. My only complaint was that the owner and guy who bid my job, Doug never showed up again after the bid. He never came to inspect the finished work and was never onsite a single day. It was all sub contracted out to some nice Hispanic guys who did a good job and im sure this is all they do for a living just would have been nice to know it was going to be subcontracted out and would have been nice to see the person I actually hired come out and inspect the work a long the way or at least at the end but that did not happen. That is not to say I am not happy with my roof, I am extremely happy and it looks great and I would probably hire them again.

Just had my new roof installed and I am 100% satisfied with the job done by Kelly roofing. They are very professional and courteous. Mr. Jorge Martines, General Manager, visited the worksite throughout the period when my roof was being installed. He always kept me informed of the progress of the job.They made sure to leave the work area clean and free of debris. I highly recommend this company.

Kevin was the sales representative and project manager that I primarily dealt with. He managed the process and project from cradle to grave. I would definitely recommend this company for your roofing needs. They took the time to present options, explain pros/cons, and had everything done per the agreed upon scheduled and timeline. He was also able to pull 2 additional subcontractors to deal with two smaller projects. This allowed me to only have to deal with KRR for for all communications and payments.Kudos and I will definitely visit with them in the future for other work.Dwayne

Very impressed with professionalism that Doug provided from beginning to end. He helped us with insurance claim and made sure we were provided with the utmost reimbursement. Was very pleased with the roofing installed. I would very highly recommend them.
