Their estimate was fair and reasonably priced to which I accepted.Mr. Guzman and his crew worked diligently in 107° degree weather till completion which was very fast. I was provided with pictures of roof before, during and after project was completed. Now I am very happy with my beautiful roof totally upgraded with top of the line material. Backed by their warranty, excellent work ethics, outstanding customer service and quality performance puts Sunset Roofers at #1 in my book. This company is one of the best companies I’ve dealt with in Laredo. Unlike many companies here, Sunset Roofers were true to their word, showed up promptly and on time, professional, very detailed oriented, knowledgeable, and ensured the job was done right. The owner was also on the job site. Maybe not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for! It was a breath of fresh air to receive good service for once. I highly recommend Sunset Roofers! I was amazed how quickly Mr. Guzman responded and got things started. He reached out to the tenant to discuss the timeline so as not cause any inconvenience. He sent pictures of the old roof and what needed to be done and then sent several pictures of the finished product. I appreciated the convenient online pay system. Wind caused a large tree branch to land on roof. Branch was removed and Sunset Roofers provided a free roof inspection. They inspected entire roof and photographed minor damage caused by tree branch, as well as other areas that needed maintenance. An upfront estimate was provided, and repairs were accomplished almost immediately, and at very reasonable cost. Highly recommend Sunset Roofers, a courteous and professional roof repair service.
