The owner of this company understands how a proper business is run! The first thing I noticed was the customer service. He never failed to reply to a text within minutes. In Laredo, this level of communication is almost unheard of.The carport itself is exactly as he described it. Sturdy and built to last. Texas Tough Carports also uses Behr premium paint to keep the carport looking fresh much longer. The installation took 2 days.Luis, the owner, is with you every step of the way. He is courteous, professional and punctual. If Luis says he’ll arrive at 8:00am to begin installation, he’ll be there on time. Again, unheard of in Laredo.After the project was complete, Luis and his team cleaned up all debris and trash. They left my driveway better than they found it. You might pay a bit more going with this company, but their work ethic and customer service are second to none. If you decide to commit to this company, they will do it right the first time.Thanks again Luis! You and your team did a fantastic job.
