I recently visited Home Depot to purchase some tools, and while I was unable to find an associate to help me locate the tools I needed, I still had a good experience overall. The store was clean and well-organized, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. I would recommend this store to anyone in need of home improvement supplies, and I would definitely visit again in the future.

The overall store is great. All it needs is a couple more employees that can help. Everyone seems busy, which is a good thing for the store not so great for customers in need of assistance.

I came to Home Depot to buy materials for a fence. I specifically said 8 foot they brought out 6 foot. I then waited 3 hours so that they could bring us the 8 foot one. One person then said they had no 8 foot but they did. Took another hour to finally get someone to bring the bundle.

Horrible service by garden center. Spoke to a lady today in the morning looking for information on generators in stock and apart from not being able to help me by saying she doesn't know what they have in stock, she hung up on me.

Picking up some paint, lighting and smart things for "The Lounge".Service was quick in paint department. Picked up 2 gallons for a project we're working on. They got us our paint in no time!We were then able to go to checkout where a human person was able to take care of us!Defintely would recommend you going here over WALMART just for this simple reason!

Generally more catering to return contractors who get a discount because they are regulars there but veterans use to get a discount but not anymore. For the typical home owner probably Lowes a better experience but they do have fair prices and most everything DIYers need. correction now you must register to get military discount. Tried but gave up after an hour so best advice is stick with Lowes and forget this place. Get Veteran discount at Lowes easy registration not like Home Depot which registration is impossible unless you use phone.

Unbelievable how we purchased a water heater then go and pick it up and all they do is tell you to go look for it and bring it to them so they can make sure the item is the correct one your taking. THE WORST SERVICE EVER IN ANY STORE IN LAREDO! I loved going to Home Depot on the weekends. No more.

I usually go to home depot by myself, and have always been offer help, depending on the item I tell them I'm looking for. Unfortunately this past experience was very uncomfortable 3 employees saw me having a hard time moving the cart with 5 bags of cement and didn't offer to help me. Instead I was help by a gentleman outside not employed by home depot. I hope this is the first and last bad experience I have I love home depot.

Not a happy camper. Had to return a spray gun I didn’t use on a project. Because 90 return policy, I was told that I am stuck with product. I asked for a gift card to spent at HOME DEPOT. Manager said NO you are stuck with that product. Now I’m stuck with a Home Depot spray gun that I don’t need. LOWES

If you are going to Home Depot and are expecting any help don’t. I tried to buy lattice for two days and got no help. They leave messes everywhere in the aisles so you can’t get what you need. I want to Lowe’s and bought what I needed at a better price and received help selecting and loading materials.

I Arrived Today Casually Late About 9Mins Past Closing Time -When I Ran Into A Young Gent Who Kindly Told Me They Were Closed. I Pursued Things A Bit Further By Asking A Nearby Manager If I May Pick Up My Order Which Was Ready For Pick Up Today Sunday 18th. At First He Told Me They Were Closed As I Was Unaware Of That Fact, But Then He Asked Me If I Had The Email Confirming It Was Ready For Pick Up. It Was Then That I Was Blown Away By His Kindness - He Simply Said If I Had The Confirmation Email With Me...He Could Help Me Out Real Quick. To My Surprise...Moments Later I Had My Package!Thank You For Going Above And Beyond Sir! Happy Holidays:)

Ever since management changed, there have been few useful attentive associates. You need to wait 30 plus minutes for any help in the store plus most associates, when i ask them for help, tell me “let me call someone to that dept for ya” but that never really helps at all. I hear the calls over the intercom but not a single person comes by. If they need someone to actually work there and serve the aisles I’m willing to apply. It’s very sad that the store has gone downhill from what it was to how it is now

Worse experience ever! After waiting for someone to help me purchase a dryer at the appliances department for over 45 min because they were short handed. I still came home without a much needed dryer. To top it off i was at customer service desk for another 2 hrs. I had applied on a previous visit for their Credit Card which i had been approved and made a purchase and use my credit successfully and paid it off so my line off credit was active. I was planning to you my card to make the purchase but to my surprise i wasn't able to and i wasn't told why. According to them my credit was good and open but when they scan the card the system would deny my purchase. After speaking with manager and customer service they couldn't explain to what was going on. Closing time came and I was told for me to go by another day and for me to contact the credit card company customer service before going to the store to finalize the purchase. All that time wasted for them to just ditch me like that. I have contact customer service and still no answer as to why the system is denying me to make the purchase if i have the credit. They have yet to reach out to me with an explanation. Honestly I think i am going to go elsewhere to make the purchase. They seemed annoyed and frustrated at me after all of this was a mistake on their system not me.

I normally tell people to go to HD as they have helpful associates available to answer questions. Well...No one except a cashier was in the garden center. I asked him if anyone was working that could answer a cpl questions. I waited 15 minutes. I asked him to please page them again. I waited 10 minutes and went to the service desk. Long story short, I talked with a manager who basically said he had no idea what the answer to my question was and walked away. That is why people are flocking to Lowe's! I get that people are short staffed. If you don't have anyone working in a dept just say that. Don't waste 30 minutes of my time! I am now with all the other people flicking to Lowe's! Bye HD

Always like to visit my toy store whenever I can. I am loyal to Home Depot because I used to work there in the MET team. Still like to visit some old friends there that are still around. But I don't miss working there no more since I'm retired
