He inspected my roof after some severe hail, provided the information necessary to get my insurance claim processed and scheduled the roof replacement on a day that worked well for me. On the day of my roof replacement, the team arrived when promised, replaced my roof, and completed a thorough clean up of old roofing materials. I gladly recommend Peace of Mind roofing.

I don’t always leave reviews but some companies really deserve recognition.My experience with Peace of Mind Roofing was flawless, they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The owner/operator is a genuine and honest guy, will not leave you with the “sketchy roofer” feeling. They inspected and handled everything from there. In and out fast and clean. I would recommend highly.

Jeff and team were absolutely amazing. From start to finish they communicated well, walked me through each step, answered questions and made adjustments where necessary. During my roof replacement a small piece of wood trim that had been there forever was in bad shape and his team ran to the hardware store and replaced it. A small gesture with a customer/people first impact. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Im a landlord and Jeff has put three roofs on different houses for me. He and his crew are honest and they really know how to work with insurance companies. In fact my insurance company recommended him to me. I love that they have experience. They go above and beyond for the customer. You won't be disappointed if you use them. PEACE OF MIND ROOFING is a Classy Company!My reasons and observations for why I make this claim:1. Punctual. They were on time every time. Peace of Mind Roofing showed up when they said they would. I observed this not only with me but with my neighbors who were also customers having roof replacements done at varying times.2. They listened to me before they spoke. Their intent was to provide outstanding customer service and they did this by listening more and speaking less when it came to getting to know me and understanding my needs. This demonstrated to me that my opinions and questions were of value.3. Gratitude. Peace of Mind Roofing displayed their gratitude for my business by working with me on how to save money, without cutting corners. Pictures were taken and shared with me for resolution purposes as well as for keeping me notified of the work status. Jeff Peersmann handled all the details involving the insurance needs and communications, hence providing “peace of mind” that nothing was overlooked or had fallen through the cracks.4. Respect. Not only did they treat me with respect but they also showed respect towards their crew. The roofing crew was working under harsh conditions with triple digit heat. I watched as Troy Kleasner insured his men took adequate breaks, providing them with bottled water and overseeing their welfare so that no one became ill. Troy even helped me out of the house for a doctor’s appointment because I was on crutches and escorted me back when I returned. He was such a gentleman and genuine person.5. Ethical. They keep their word. Jeff and Troy do what they say they will do and the only thing that would prevent that from happening is Mother Nature. Weather obviously has a major impact in the roofing business.6. Humble. Jeff Peersmann and Troy Kleasner were both down to earth, very easy to talk to and genuine. They intently listened and were never boastful or arrogant. They quickly owned a mistake and made it right. This roofing company is not about ego but about excellent customer service, striving for growth, improvement and a desire to live and be the best personally and professionally.Upon the completion of my roof and fence, I told Jeff Peersmann his company will be the one I come to for any future roofing needs and claims. I appreciate all the honesty, professionalism, excellence and friendship given to me by Peace of Mind Roofing.

Jeff and Peace of Mind Roofing are absolutely amazing.TLDR; I’ve used Jeff for both of my roofs, will continue to go to him again (I hope that’s not for a looong time, no offense Jeff haha), and I highly, HIGHLY recommend him.Pros:-He shows up when he says he will. I can’t emphasize how big of a deal this is (to me at least).-He stays in constant contact with you about every new, or next, step.-I always felt at ease because he took charge of things and made the entire “getting-a-new-roof process” headache-free.-He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is how you want it to be and he’s quick with the process. At one point, even after our new roof was already installed, someone else put several pallets of roofing material in our driveway. Jeff came over and went knocking on people’s doors to figure out if someone was missing roofing material. I had a problem, so he took it upon himself to solve it! I was shocked and grateful for him doing so many small things like that!Cons:-I literally can’t think of any.I told Jeff that I’d be more than happy to write a fair, honest review. I typically don’t hold back with things that could be changed for the future, but I’ve nothing negative to say.
