The day after the April hailstorm, our neighborhood was inundated with roofers wanting to inspect my roof. I scheduled an inspection with one of them, but they never showed and never followed up. Luckily, I met Eric from Alpha1 the following week, and from the moment we started working together, he was prompt, professional, and friendly. He made himself available via phone, text, email, and in person.This was my first time dealing with hail damage, and Eric walked me through the entire process, including how to deal with my insurance and mortgage companies (claims, inspections, checks, endorsements--everything). He set expectations about when the work would be done, followed up with reminders, and came by multiple times to check the work in progress.The crew who did the work was great; they put tarps down everywhere before tearing off the old roof and cleaned up after they were done. They were really thorough and left no trace behind.I honestly thought replacing my roof was going to be a giant hassle and that I would be fighting everyone involved to get it done. Instead, Eric made it a breeze, and it was completely stress-free. It's not easy to trust someone who knocks on your door trying to sell something, but Eric proved himself to be trustworthy and helpful.I've already recommended Alpha1 to my neighbors and would recommend it especially to first timers who have never dealt with this kind of thing before. Our side fence was totally taken down by a freak wind during a thunderstorm. It had been installed by the builder and was only 6-1/2 years old. They had not concreted it to grade level and all the posts were rotted at grade. We got bids from 3 contractors. All were comparable in price. Alpha 1 offered the best schedule and was able to work us in the following week. Thanks to Whitney for outstanding customer service in arranging things. Thanks to Tommy for estimating and managing the job. The foreman Diego and his crew were fantastic as well. Together this team kept us in the loop, installed our fence and cleaned up the job completing it in 2 days as promised. They accommodated everything I asked. And the real bottom line - our fence looks awesome! We are on a corner lot and everyone who walks by tells us how great our fence looks. I highly recommend the Alpha team!

These guys actually found and repaired quite a bit of damage to our roof that had been overlooked by previous roofing companies. Despite this unexpected extra work they still finished the job on time. Very thorough and efficient!

Alpha 1 is absolutely top notch! Highly recommend. We have a community of ten buildings, containing four homes each. Eric and the team started by explaining the process to us. And all of the steps were just as explained. They adhered closely to the original schedule. They were organized and they put safety first. Brandi was a wonderful project manager! She communicated with us frequently about what to expect. She was easy to reach and took a hands on approach. I felt comfortable reaching out to her during the project. She also reached out to me regarding my patio furniture, and also came back to clean the seal around my garage door after it had been painted. The whole team showed exceptional attention to detail. The exterior of our homes were painted, and the painters did a beautiful job. I can’t say enough great things about this company! I never expected to be so pleased. As a homeowner in a townhome community, I was concerned about the impact of such a large project on our daily life. The communication was excellent. I appreciated the frequent updates. We never had to wonder what was going on. Their entire team was courteous and respectful of our home. They would be outside with flashlights picking up every single piece of debris from our yard. I know the most important thing is that our roof was done right, but it’s also the little details that say a lot about a company. Every question or text was answered promptly and respectfully. While everyone was great, I must say that Brandi really made this experience so awesome for us. She always had a smile on her face and went the extra mile to do whatever she could for us. He was diligent and explained everything to us down to the last detail. He even went out of his way to make sure that the job was done correctly. We had Alpha-1 redo our backyard fence. Tommy was always friendly, quick to respond to questions, and was very flexible in working with our schedule. Their work was very high-quality, and he gave us a great price for the project. Once they started, they had the old fence completely removed (around 200 linear feet) and the new fence up in 2 days . Great communication, great workmanship, very professional. 5 Stars.

Greg called me right after the Hail Storm and was the first to call. He came out the next day or two and inspected the roof, even inviting me up to show me the details. Afterward, we retired to the living room and he discussed how the process would work, even explaining to me the process of contacting the Insurance Company to make sure everything was covered.Greg was the first roofer to contact me, so, the old adage "The early bird gets the worm, really paid off"Greg's crew showed up and fixed the roof in a very timely manner. Afterward, Greg had me accompany him on to the roof for "inspection" and while I am no roofer, I could tell that the job was done professionally. The next day, a couple of members of the crew showed up and finished cleaning up, even getting rid of a couple of limbs that had been blown off my trees in the storm.I have been very complimentary with anyone who asks me (and some who don't, lol) about Alpha.I do hope to not need them again, but, in West Texas, you never know. The next time I won't have to wait to be called, I have their number.

This company is calling unsolicited trying to lie and say they are local to San Angelo, Texas due to a recent storm. When I stated I was choosing a local company they argued that they are local. When I asked for the company name and address the salesperson gave me a League City address. Not professional to call and attempt to prey on people after a major storm by lying to them. If they were up front and honest they would likely get more business.
