We had an absolutely amazing experience with Beveridge Roofing and Construction from start to finish. If you are looking for exceptional customer service and top quality craftsmanship, look no further than Beveridge Roofing and Construction. Our insurance restoration specialist and main point of contact throughout the process was Joseph Novilla. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and walked us through each step. His communication was excellent and timely and we never had a question he did not go out of his way to answer. In addition, our initial claim was denied by Texas Windstorm and Joseph was able to appeal the decision and provide the additional evidence TWIA needed to approve our new roof. Prior to the build, everything was explained so clearly that we knew exactly what to expect. On the day of the build the crew arrived promptly at 6:30 and got to work. Our beautiful new roof was finished by 5 pm! The crew went out of their way to be professional and respectful and cleaned everything up at the end of the day with great care and attention. Our insurance restoration specialist, Joseph, was truly the highlight of this experience as he provided the type of customer service that is rarely seen today. It was obvious he cared about the quality of our experience and still checks in with us periodically to make sure all is going well. The quality of the roof is truly outstanding and it looks amazing! We were so Impressed with the entire process. I give my absolute highest recommendation to Beveridge Roofing and Joseph.

Corey Davidson was a pleasure to work with. Beveridge was very professional when working with me on a roof claim that took over 8 months to finalize. I cannot speak enough to how much they helped me through this long process. The day they came out to do the service was amazing. People were at my home at 6am setting up to work on the roof, and the entire job was finished before 5pm. The clean up was excellent and the quality of the roof itself is exceptional. I first came in contact with Beveridge Roofing in 2021 when Jacob their agent knocked on my door and greeted me very politely. He left his card and we kept in touch. Two years of patient contact and I called him that I had a serious problem with a leak he needed to look into but he was on leave and recommended Aaron Bryant who came over and remained in contact throughout the replacement process!!! Blake is such an asset to their company and deserves to be recognized for his exceptional job performance.A previous customer referred me to the company, specifically Mr. Blake Hamilton.My call was returned promptly, and Blake came out the same day to inspect the roof. Within a few hours he called and set up an appointment to meet, which was made within the same week if not the next day. Mr. Hamilton came out to my home and explained the process of filing the claim with the insurance and windstorm certification, in detail. The claim was filed, adjuster came out within a few days and approved promptly. Blake walked me through every step and reviewed the paperwork, line by line assuring all my questions were answered. Blake was personable, courteous, informative, and provided detailed information. He is exceptionally qualified and an extremely professional young man. Blake went over and beyond the call of duty. The customer service provided by Mr. Blake Hamilton exceeded my expectations, from start to finish.Not to mention, the roofing crew. They arrived promptly at 6:00AM & rang the doorbell to inform me of their arrival. The equipment was unloaded and quickly they began to work, completing the roof in one day. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up everything. There was landscaping completed a week prior to installment of the roof; everything was covered, assuring the plants would not be damaged. They left no stone unturned and no nails!Finally, the roof! I highly recommend this Beveridge roofing company. They were punctual, assisted every step of the way, assisted in shingle color selection, and the cleanup was immaculate. They even advised our neighbors of the reroofing in case they had any issues and tapped on their doors to access the backyards to assure nothing had unintentionally landed in their yards. Obviously, I was worried since I have a dog who eats everything, so I did a second inspection and couldn't find a single roofing nail anywhere on my property. If I could give a higher star rating, I would. Our sales rep Joseph Novilla kept in touch with us regularly and answered any questions we had promptly. We are very pleased!

Harrison Wright helped us throughout the process of getting our new roof approved to be replaced. He explained the process thoroughly as I personally did not completely understand it. He explained exactly what we could expect, didn’t sugar coat or over promise. The results and quality of the roof itself and installation exceeded our expectation. Harrison helped us find skylight replacement with ease. Even picked them up himself for our convenience. During the job Lucas Wright was on site sharing drone shots of in process and completion. Lucas Wright assisted in final clean up with crew of entire premises including street out front. Minimal installation duration, maximum quality, I would feel confident referring Beveridge to a friend, and I usually do not do that due to buddy’s always giving me a hard time about contractors performance - and I literally always have the BEST contractors - but I still never refer. But I WOULD refer these guys - 6 ⭐️ BEVERIDGE ROOFING!

I worked with Corey and he made sure work was well described before start with list of materials types to be used and expected duration. My next door neighbor hired them after a big storm we had earlier this week. They were on site the very next day removing a tree limb from their room and repairing the damage. Jacob kindly approached me asking if I wanted him to remove the small limb from our roof. I said a polite "no thank you", my husband would handle it. He insisted that they would be happy to do it free of charge in exchange for a google review, and that I can do!! They were on my roof within minutes, took down the branch, and I am happy to say that in my brief experience they were polite and professional. Seems like a good business.

I’ve seen at least 30 Beveridge Roofing contractor signs put up in yards all over my neighborhood in the last two months. I called Beveridge for a free assessment after a recent storm, and Derek Foster asked if I was available for him to come by within the next 30 minutes. He analyzed my roof, provided photographs of significant damage, and we called TWIA and submitted the claim right then and there on the spot. Derek outlined the whole process step-by-step and remained in constant contact throughout the entire process. If I could write six stars I would. I can't say enough about Derek. If I were to compare him to a restaurant it would be Chick-fil-A. I've bragged to my neighbors that this guy is on it. Always with updates answers any questions you have. He makes sure you understand the process. He's exactly what you want from somebody who represents the company. Edgar I think he is the project manager was on sight was explaining stuff to me as it was happening really good to work with.The workers were efficient they were on the roof at like 645am waiting for 7am and they were non stop til lunch time.
