Great experience all around. I was put in contact with Danny. He came out very quickly to take drone pictures of the roof. I got 3 estimates for different grades and warranties. The quote for the highest quality materials and best warranty was a great price!!! I paid $9,300 for the highest level and other roofing companies were quoting up to $26,000 for the same job with same quality materials and warranties. Job was completed in 1 day and communication was great. I didn’t have to pay until I signed off on the job. I received my warranty info by email after the job was complete and they even told me about a Veterans rebate when they found out I served!

I have been working with Dalco now for the past year and a half and they have done over 100 roofs for me. They are one of the most reliable contractors that I have worked with in my 25 years of construction experience. They show up when they say they will be there. They perform great and always leave with a clean job site. The office staff is fantastic. The are kind and easy to work with and their follow up is fantastic. I highly recommend Dalco to anyone needing roof repairs, replacements, and or preventative maintenance. Leslie Jimenez is very professional and always happy to help. Leslie and the team have proven to be transparent, take pride in their work and the customer service that they provide. Not being a roofing professional; it’s nice to have Dalco at your back when all you know is that water is dripping from your ceiling. Leslie is quick to respond and get you scheduled for an inspection/repairs. She has provided me with photo documentation of what the team has found and photos of completed repairs. You don’t have to just take their word for it, like with other roofing companies. I have not had to call them for the same issue after repairs. Which shows how diligent and thorough they are. I had been exploring roofing companies for about 12 months. I finally decided to go with DALCO Roofing. WOW! Fantastic job. I have a large roof with many peaks and valleys. I was overwhelmed how they cleaned the site at every stage in concert with their work. The windstorm agent/inspector told me I had one of the best crews in the Houston area as well. They discovered areas where my custom builder had missed protecting the eves, and sealed up and did repairs on potential trouble spots. Valerie the site manager kept in constant communication during the process.

Definately recommend to everyone! The team at Dalco was phenomenal from start to end. They came out immediately to look at our roof and assess the damage and offered solutions for repairing and also gave us their honest opinion on how much longer our current roof life had left. We chose to just replace the entire roof, thank goodness they helped us make that decision! They installed the roof on my house through GLO program the roof is leaking after 2years refuse to repair it said they only warranty it for 1year leaking around roof jack that was not properly installed
