I have had remodeling work done by DE Flooring on two occasions. A kitchen remodel many years ago and a recent complete remodel of my entire house. I was very satisfied with the kitchen remodel years ago and even more satisfied this time with the complete remodel. Abdul the owner of DE Flooring along with his associates helped me in selecting quality materials and products for each component of the job and helped in coordinating colors and styles to provide the most efficient and attractive outcome. His skilled tile and quartzite installers, electricians, plumbers, painters and cabinet installers all provided excellent results. I am very happy with the final results. DE Flooring provided very satisfactory results for me. In addition there is one thing that really set them apart from other contractors I have dealt with. That somewhat unique quality was that Abdul showed he was genuinely concerned that I be completely happy with the results. In the end he made sure that all aspects of the job were done to my satisfaction. That particular quality is a rare characteristic in the world of contactors.

De flooring did a fantastic job using a single marble slab we purchased from one of their preferred slab yards for both our bathroom vanity and newly built dresser. From the beginning Matthew and the whole DE flooring staff were friendly and helpful, with lots of recommendations. They sent me a handful of slab yard recommendations and it took us going to three to find exactly what we were looking for. They worked with us on pricing, edging for the stone, recommendations for sinks (which we bought online), and were flexible on timing. They also organized getting the plumber to install the new sinks, and have subcontractors for anything you’d possibly need for a renovation. I would use DE flooring again on future jobs, and we’ve been really pleased with the quality of their work.

We used DE to replace our kitchen countertops and backsplash we are very happy with the results. All of the workers were on time, highly skilled, very professional and polite. DE arranged for all the support crafts, plumber and electrician, and they also arrived as scheduled so the job progressed on schedule. At the end, a cleaning crew did a through job. Wish I could leave a good review.We went in to look at floor tile, they were able to direct us to where the tile samples were located. However when we asked about lead times and pricing they asked for our number and said they would call us back with an estimate.We told them we were on a tight schedule and needed the tile within a week.We never got a call back, or a follow up. We ended up buying from a different retailer who actually took time to speak with us and took us seriously.

They did the flooring for the whole house when we bought it 4 years ago. We were really satisfied with them and that is why when we needed work done in our bathroom last week, I contacted them again. They came out Sunday morning to look at it, came back Monday and started the work and by Wednesday, I was back showering in my beautiful, updated bathroom. They covered everything in our bedroom and inside our closet to protect them from dust/dirt before they started working and cleaned thoroughly after everything was done.It’s so easy to deal with them. We had a great experience with Abdul and his team. DE did our granite countertops and backsplash. We have a big kitchen and there was only one seam in the granite counter top. It is the best seam match I have seen. I am a builder in the hill country and I build high end custom homes. I have seen a lot of great Granite work but this is the best I have seen. His crews were very professional and completed the job on time. Abdul came by after the job to inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied. We are very satisfied!!!

I had wood floors installed a couple years ago DE did a great job in a very timely manner. Very impressed with his installers they cleaned up everyday until the job was complete. Since then I have had 2 repairs that had to be done. Note: it was not because of the workmanship it was my fault messed the floor up myself. Once again called Abdul and he took care of the repair the first time. Just this week I had movers come in to move some things out of the house. They scratched the wood floor and I had to be out of the house in 3 days. Called Abdul he pulled one of his guys off another job and it was repaired the same day (WOW) that is Great customer service. Hats off to Abdul and his team big time thank you for everything they have done for me. Next time I need anything done Abdul and DE will be my go to guys.

DE Flooring came through with prompt and courteous service on the same day I called. Two countertop specialists, Adolfo and Jose came out, assessed the job, and completed the work the following morning. Two bathroom sinks had separated from their vanities and we also needed a hole drilled in a concrete countertop to accommodate a new kitchen faucet. The work was done to perfection and they were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend DE Flooring Granite Remodeling and will not hesitate to use them again. I called DE to help me on a very small job, and I had VERY little time to get it accomplished.I was beyond impressed with Abdul's timely attentiveness. Called all around town for hard to find replacement flooring since we were out after the flood last year. Abdul answered the phone on Labor Day to assist even though he had just stopped by the office. Took the specs of what I needed and assured me he would have 10 people working on it to track it down. Said he would help track it down even if I didn't buy from him because it was the neighborly thing to do. Called me the next day with the flooring and order was great price. Office provided great customer service and helped my wife with loading at pickup. Thanks Abdul.

We hired DE Flooring to replace our tile floors and backsplash, and update the master shower. We were promised several things that they then weren't able to do, and expensive add-ons were made without any discussion at all. Our baseboards were ruined and they refused to fix them. The shower was supposed to be extended by a foot, ended up only being a few inches. When the shower door was installed it wouldn't open, so they had to cut a piece off a marble shelf between the shower and the garden tub so we could get in our shower. When I asked them to do something to make the cut look less noticeable, all they did was smooth the edges a bit. Overall the work was sloppy and it seemed like they just didn't care how it turned out, it was just about the money. Backsplash wasn't done to our design, but there had been so many mistakes by that point we were afraid to have it redone. There was no communication and the workers were completely unsupervised, not even being given the drawings of how the work was to be done. Shower wall was extended too close to the window because the wall was damaged and the workers didn't want to repair it, so they just put up more tile. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that this company doesn't care about the details and will just try to get it to a point where they're making a really nice profit and you're so tired of dealing with them that you start letting stuff go. Oh, and this job was supposed to take 2 weeks max, ended up being 2 months including time spent forcing them to clean appliances that they splashed acid wash on.

A few months ago we had gone in and picked out ideas with a designer for a kitchen remodel and all new flooring. Had the designer come out to the house to write up a quote and get measurements. She told us it would be about 2 weeks to get this back to us. 3 weeks went by and we didn't hear anything. I called to follow up and the manager informed me that the designer no longer works there. So I asked if he could look up what we started and he advised that he would have someone call me. Never heard anything back and it's been over 4 weeks now. If I am hiring someone to work on an investment then I would hope they would take pride in their customer's. Clearly not the case at all and glad we didn't hire a company with poor execution, this could have been an exhausting project.

It took several weeks to have one room completed, and it is a sloppy job. From the start things went badly, like getting our date bumped without notice, taking another day off work only to have them break our granite and cancel. Between my husband any myself, we took off 6 days of work to have a 3 day project completed. (The total time was 8 weeks.)We paid the same price for the substitute granite, which was subpar. The wrong back splash was installed, the grouting is awful and messy. And yeah, they came back to "fix" it. The "high end" faucet we purchased has already broken and it has only been installed less than 2 months ago.If you go in, they will tell you they will take care of you and if something like what we experienced happens, they will give you $1000 off your quote. Don't believe it; we literally got a kitchen sink for our trouble. That, and a cold shoulder. They did us wrong. I will never go back, even now that their installation is falling apart, I will never go back.
