Had damage to my roof from a recent storm and was looking for a roofing Co. DR Roofing popped up on my Facebook feed! First thing I did was look them up at BBB, where they have an A+ rating. Then I looked them up on Angie's list and they also have a good rating. DM'd Audie and he responded quickly! He came on time for our appointment and explained the whole process of how my claim worked and all they would do. I didn't feel pressured or taken advantage at all! I went ahead with them and am glad I did! In the end, I got a great roof and fence, and a good knowledge of how the claim process works. Plus I got a 50 year warranty included! I highly recommend DR Roofing! My house looks great!

Salesman Pat Ammons was awesome from the beginning. My mom is 77 years old and she wanted him to speak with me or my brother that lives is Alabama. He stayed in constant communication with the both of us. He helped her get financed. He worked on her schedule and he was very patient with us getting everything signed in order to start the job. I am very please with the way my project was handled. The total cost was what was estimated, The crews spent the time needed to replace rotten wood, pressure wash all surfaces, sand, prime and then give two coats of paint to all surfaces.They also removed old gutters and downspouts and replaced them.I am very pleased with the completed project!Service: Gutter installation

From the beginning I felt comfortable doing business with DR Roofing and Construction. My home's roof and fence were damaged during the tornado that hit the Pasadena and Deer Park area. I had gone through several contractors but I ended going with DR because of their rep Edward Esquivel. Not only was he not pushy but was very professional and genuinely looking out for me and my family. He did a great job in handling the insurance claim to make sure my roof didn't just get repaired but completely replaced due to some serious damage. They only hired the best people to do the work. There was a tiny problem with delivery of the ridge row but they came back on Monday and completed everything in a very timely manner. OK... So I accused my rep, Patrick Ammons of writing all of the great reviews I read when researching roofing companies. LOL.DR Roofing is everything that they say they are. The entire process went well from start to finish. The estimate was done quickly and was informative as well as reasonable. The crew was here on time and done by 5 pm. Pat Ammons was wonderful. Professional, honest and very easy to work with. I was getting estimates for about 1 month from multiple companies. I showed each of the companies the estimates from the other. Pat was not the cheapest or the most expensive. DR roofing had the best product and Pat took the time to explain everything to me. The crew in day of the project were fantastic. They were respectful of my property and plants They worked efficiently and did a phenomenal job! They moved my grill and patio table off the deck so as not to have it broken while the roof was being removed. They put everything back when they were done. DR Roofing did a wonderful job installing my roof. Although we had weather related delays, once we had a dry day, they arrived early to do the job. They were very thorough and removed all of the trash that was generated by their work. Audie Zwahr was very informative and attentive in our meetings. I called DR Roofing for an estimate on my roof. Josh Ramby came out at the agreed upon time and gave me an estimate on my roof. He gave me an estimate and choice of dates when they could come out and complete the roof. He showed me what they would be replacing my old roof with, not just shingles. My plan was to get several other estimates, but we decided to go with DR Roofing. Mike called us the day before to let us know they would be delivering the materials, and the crew would be at our home in the morning. The crew arrived on time and completed the roof about 300 pm. and cleaned up the yard. The next day another worker from DR Roofing came by to pick up the excess roofing materials and to sweep the yard for nails again. My neighbor asked who did our roof and I told him DR Roofing. I would highly recommend DR. Roofing and will use them for any of future home construction needs.

HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! I am very please with this process from beginning to end! My situation was a claim due to hail that my insurance was not agreeing with the inspection completed by DR roofing. Kristen Rankin quickly got the GSC Juan Verde to complete needed information to submit for appraisal. Long story short my roof was approved to be replaced as an insurance claim for Hail damage. My roof and gutters look amazing! The roof was completed in one day and the gutters the next day! I was very please with how clean it was when the job was completed! The customer service was AMAZING start to finish! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR Roofing.

Patrick answered all concerns and made it easy for us to make payments in 3 installations without doing a finance plan which would have taken the same amount of time to process as that of us paying it off in full. We spoke to Patrick last year about new roofing installation, but due to the loss of a family member and then having to financially help family members, we weren't able to go through with roofing installation as planned.
