This company from beginning to end had top customer rating services in my book. We had an unforeseen issue arise and we knew it was going to cost dollars to fix our kitchen and return our house to our home. Our dollars spent here gave us a return of 100% satisfaction, of our investment, into this company. Prices are fair and the end product was met with 100% signoff to our satisfaction. This company does shoddy work that they won’t stand behind. Our floor was damaged after the tornado last year and they “replaced” it. The floor is coming up in several places and they refuse to fix it unless we pay. Their response is “there’s moisture in your slab.” Okay, so why didn’t you put a moisture barrier down like other reputable companies do, considering we live in a coastal area with a lot of moisture? It took weeks if not months to get them to come out here and look, then they removed our trim and just left it like that. Totally unprofessional.

ERC is a great company that handled mitigation on water damage and renovation to my kitchen and livingroom areas. I was very happy to the end results! Also decided to have exterior painting done to my home as ERC did a great job, again! I highly recommend this company.

COMPLETE ZERO - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.For a company that ‘Prides themself on Integrity and Ethics’, come short of allowing their employees to steal from their customers while distracted and flat out told me “they did not know how to handle the situation” to make it right; really disappointing, and even had the audacity to request their equipment back that they had left to use for the project. My mistake was returning their equipment until I was reimbursed equally for the items missing.Before the job even began, an employee with Restoration and Cleaning Services, League City, TX named Seth went into my garage to “put a ladder back” and stole items from me while I was inside my house talking to the job lead. Note: Ladder was never replaced back where it was hanging.Once we discovered the items were missing we reached out to the company multiple times talking to different people in the office, including their CEO. Each person I spoke to brushed the situation under the rug. It is Principal of the situation, when YOUR employees are unethical and steal from your customers you correct the problem and make it right.Mind you this company has visited my place of business multiple times requesting assistance with referrals and I have shared their information numerous times with customers to give them an opportunity and help, including using them myself- never again!My recommendation is- Save your self the time and do your research - use a company that will not walk into your home, over price a quote to change a leaking pipe and go through your personal belongings stealing from you while being distracted.COMPLETE FAILURE

After a botched plumbing job in our newly finished basement, we were faced with significant water damage and the need to gut and rebuild our new bathroom. ECO Restoration did an amazing job with the remediation and rebuild. They were super responsive, great with communication, helped deal with the insurance company, used great contractors, and we are very happy with the end result. This nightmare was much easier to deal with because of David's help and all of ECO Restoration's employees. I hope we never have water damage again, but if we do, ECO Restoration will be be the first company we call.
