He made it easy to understand and called my insurance to get all the details in. They have some of the best rates in town and very good professional service. On time and explained the condition on my roof as we looked at it. After Hurricane Nicholas, we had a "minor" leak we thought wasn't a big deal but was keen to know since we recently got our house. We have contacted few people, most of them said they will follow up and see it but never showed up. No follow up text to say they can't make it or any. Freedom Roofing was the ONLY one who answered promptly and got here on the time they said they will. On top of it, we were given a detailed description of our roof situation that we were not aware of. They went out of their way to expound every little things. Had we not contact them, we will never know what we are about to go into. Very professional. Highly recommend them.Service: Roof inspection
