It's a scary thing to try and find a contractor you can trust these days, and we got lucky with H&R. Great communication and did what he said he'd do. Handled all aspects of construction, mitigation, and handling the insurance crooks. I hope I'm never in a position to need a contractor under emergency circumstances, but I won't hesitate to call this group again.
