Horisons Roof & Exterior Solutions replaced my roof. This is one of the only contractors that I have ever worked with that did what they said and did it when they said they would. Pete said they would be at my house at 6:45 AM ready to work; and they did exactly that. They did an excellent job with the roof and the clean up afterwards. Pete was honest and true to his word. The crew he sent for the roof replacement was on time and ready to work. The crew was very professional through out the entire process from throwing tarps down around the exterior of the house to catch shingles and nails to walking the yard with magnets (after the new roof was on) to get the run away nails that bypassed the tarps. We had some minor hail damage and Alex got our insurance to completely cover a new roof. The entire process was super easy, very quick and stress free. The customer service and repair that we received from Horisons Roofing was stellar! I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Alec and his team. During the Snowstorm in February 2021, we got an ice dam on our roof. Then, on the day it down-poured, the rain started pouring in our attic, garage, and dining room. After calling ten companies, no one would come out due to the ice on the roads and total city shutdown. While Alec was out looking for water for his family, he returned my phone call and came over within two hours. Alec inspected the roof and identified the problem. He walked me through the entire process with my insurance company and guided me the entire way. Alec continued to come out throughout the week to take pictures, meet with the adjuster, and tarp the roof until it could be repaired. Horisons gave me a very reasonable estimate to repair the roof and completed the work within several hours. This is the most trustworthy, reliable, and responsible roofing company and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair, new roof or roof tune-up. It's been about 16 months since Horisons' replaced our roof, and it's looking great after going through a few high wind storms. Our sales contact Alec was awesome throughout the process from answering all of my questions before we selected Horisons to receiving the final cert/warranty pack. Their roofing team completed our 40-square roof in just over a day, including finding and replacing a handful of locations of water damaged decking (2/3 of it for free). Alec's colleague Bob helped at the end to ensure our yards were completely cleaned and nail free. The recommended and selected ridge shingles really standout, in a good way, compared to most of our neighbors. I definitely would recommend Horisons for anyone seeking to replace their roof. Do also consider getting the Bullet Boot roof jacks if you regularly have squirrels on your roof like we do.Service: Roof installation

I am very pleased with the service that Horisons provides. Pete, the owner, visited my house 2 or 3 times before the installation of the roof to make sure that I was comfortable with everything. He also noticed wood shake in my attic and my insurance company paid to have that replaced as well as my damaged roof. Pete was very proactive in his communication. He let me know of potential issues and even updated me twice during the day of the roof replacement. He was at my house as they were finishing up and personally came back later for a walk-through after his employees cleared out. Pete went above and beyond what I would have expected in his service, proactive communication, and integrity. Also, the roof looks great. I am fully satisfied with Horisons and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

The new roof was done on time and the roofing crew cleaned up the area everyday and after they finished the job. No nails or debris in the yard. Reliable, affordable, and knowledgeable. Horisons arrived on-time to inspect my roof after a water leak during Hurricane Harvey. Pete, an owner of Horisons, took the time to climb on the roof to visually inspect the vents for any sealant issue (unlike another roofing company that just did a cursory review from inside the attic where the bad seal could not be seen). Pete sealed the vent quickly at a fair price. It was a nice surprise to have a pleasant experience with a quick solution, especially just after Hurricane Harvey when Horisons had a high volume of customer requests.

I used John Perez of Horisons in June of 2018. Did extensive work on the outside of my house & was thrilled with the siding work, painting, gutters, roof, etc., and how diligently and well the roofers worked to get the job done and clean up afterwards. On a side note: In October, I hired a GC to remove my fireplace and do other interior work. My contractor’s roofer did a shockingly horrible job. Horisons came in immediately and repaired it. Tied it all together- looks great.

Ryan Hess came out to measure my home for new siding installation, and at my request performed a roof inspection as well. He found several issues related to deteriorating caulking, warped flashing and rusted or missing nails that would make my roof vulnerable to leaks in the next heavy rain with high winds. With just such weather in the forecast, Ryan came out to my home early the next morning to make the repairs, although he had two appointments later in the day on the other side of the city. Ryan was always prompt, courteous, and available for questions.Two years ago, Horisons replaced an entire wall of my house. The wall passed city inspection and later an insurance inspector complimented their work. I recommend this company.

I worked with Horisons during my time on the board for Westchase Forest Townhomes HOA. We were having multiple leaks throughout the property (247 units). We had called numerous roofing companies, but it was a pain to try and get someone out. I thought that was strange with how much business we were offering. Pete (owner as we would learn) came out and looked over all our buildings, giving us detailed information as to what was wrong and what was good. He was able to help us figure out the best route to take and what would be the best product for our unit. All this without even asking us for the job. We went with Horisons and we were very pleased. He kept the board well informed of everything that was going on, what units he would be at and when (as we needed to close off driveways during the day). Even before the work, he stated there could be other items that might need to be replaced, but that he would get with us and inform us, with pictures, of what was good and what was not. Luckily, most of the items under the roofs was in good shape. True to his word, he provided pictures, detailed analysis, and friendly service to a board that needed his expert opinion and guidance. I am more than happy to recommend Horisons to anyone and everyone!!!
