Great group of guys! Helpful before my project, held my hand through the insurance claim, and did everything they said they would do. I have a large roof, and they even did it all in 1 day. Left my yard cleaner then it was before they started. Would definitely recommend to a friend!!

His communication on every step has made this whole experience seamless and fear free. As it can be daunting to deal with roof problems or issues. I advise anyone to stay away from this company a guy that's a salesman by the name of Gustavo does not know what he's doing! I kept getting the runaround I just wanted to do repairs and then Gustavo recommended not to do repairs because windstorm will not pay for your full roof if you do. So then, I say OK just do the flashing on the patio instead. Then when I wanted to get a refund, they want to give me a paper check Which is very unprofessional when you paid him with your credit card upfront. Gustavo is very unknowledgeable. I still have not got my money back.This has been going on for a couple of weeks. They canceled the contract I feel because I did not want to do a full roof with them. Very unprofessional company. Told my realtor that recommended them she said she won't be Recommending them anymore! They canceled my contract! I know it was because I don't want to do a roof with this co. There is many roofers out there. This is not worth it. There's a lot more that happened with this guy but you would be Reading a book.

They took care of everything from assisting me with the claim starting on June 3 to picking up the last nail after the work was done on July 7. Neat labor and an excellent crew. Everyone from the sales person to every single individual on their team was professional, easy to work with, and it was obvious they knew their jobs. The entire work was done in one day with a beautiful result. All the mess was completely cleaned up. They put everything back onto our patio like it had been before And didn’t leave until we were totally satisfied. Manchac Roofing did an amazing job on our home, they helped us through the insurance process meeting the adjuster on site. They completed the job in 1 day, took great care of our yard and pool area - meticulously covering everything to ensure no debris would damage our property. Workers were very respectful and once completed returned our property looking exactly as it did - I didn't find 1 nail or screw anywhere on the property! Chris was awesome to work with and we highly recommend!

Manchac Roofing worked with my insurance company and me to replace my garage roof that was damaged by a hail storm. Chris was incredibly responsive, communicated the way I preferred (text), very clear about how the process worked, and very responsive. The workers came out promptly when they said they would, did a great job, cleaned up, and were courteous to my tenant that lives in our garage apartment. I would use them again and recommend them for any roofing needs.

1. Michael took the pictures of roof and helped me for filing a Wind/Hail damage claim to the insurance and called the insurance for following up. When the roof inspecting was scheduled by the insurance, he arranged a technician to cooperate, all of these saved me lots of time;2. After the roof replacement was approved by the insurance, Michael camed over to my house to help with the paper work and detailed every item in the agreement to try his best to let me understand;3. Well-prepared. one day before the roof replacement, Manchac prepared all materials and tools needed. I like the way Manchac worked.4. Just before roof replacing, Manchac team tarped every stuff around the building, even the pool, way better than expected. Extreme intimate!5. Manchac team cleaned up everything, even small drops during roof replacement after the job was done. Jared with Manchac helped me every step of the way in filing a claim and getting my roof replaced. I have an HOA so it took time for the architectural committee to approve the plan, but Jared checked in with me regulary while we waited to ensure we could schedule the work at a time that worked for me. The crew showed up bright and early and got right to work. They were fast and cleaned up as they went and made sure nothing was out of place at the end of the day. The noise wasn't even that bad! (At least not in my opinion.) I would recommend them especially if you have some storm damage and need to file a claim. I think it helped a lot having Jared there when the adjuster came by so they could talk it out and ensure my claim would be approved. Overall I'm super pleased.
