Redemption Roofing was recommended to us by our home insurance company. We have worked with them several times. They have been excellent in every way! The entire staff is very cordial, helpful, and professional. They did a very excellent replacement of our old roof which includes over the house, back patio, and garage. The crew was on time and completed the job professionally and completely in just one day. There was very much attention to detail. They completely cleaned the area involved in the yard including raking up the yard for any old nails from the old roofing material. Our lawn maintenance person greatly appreciated that! We came home to after a storm and discovered a leak in one of the bedrooms. It was the week before Christmas and we called 3 companies. Redemption sent someone out the same day, where the other companies dragged their feet to respond. The next day they put a tarp on the roof to prevent further leaks and started the process with our insurance company straight away. The replacement was done professionally and the clean-up was superb, no nails or pieces of shingles lying around after they left. Contacted Redemption Roofing Gulf Coast about getting estimate for roof replacement. Salesman Matt P. came out, inspected roof and explained options. Roof was replaced within a week. Matt was on jobsite entire time and worked with job foreman to make sure all removed materials were removed from the site. Very pleased with finished job. Had a follow up check of completed job by salesman Matt P., Matt Cooper GM, and Malarkey Roof Products rep.Overall I am very pleased with finished job and product.Job well done!!Service: Roof installation
