I had hail damage from a storm and called up Craig. He helped me through the process of how an insurance claim works. I called Texas Windstorm and they said my roof had damage and did qualify for it to be covered. I went to the office of Rosamond Roofing and talked with the friendly staff there. During that process I picked out the shingle I wanted and heard about all the name brand products they use. We picked a day and the crew came out promptly in the morning. They worked all day without no breaks it seemed and the old roof was torn off and the new one was meticulously placed on. WOW!!! is all I can say. The roof looks excellent and my yard looks better than what it was before they came. They made sure everything was back to where it was. They also worked with me and my 4 dogs because they needed bathroom breaks and cleaned the back yard so my dogs could get a break from being inside.I reccomend this roofing company. They are professional, timely and do things the right way. I'm glad I chose them to enter my property and help with my home.

The installation team was quick and clean. They were in and out in one day and left our yard cleaner than they found it. I first used Rosamond roofing in Spring of 2020 for roof replacement. In fact, they did roof replacement on 3 homes on my block and everyone was happy with the work and price. Dahlia was patient with me, and explained everything thoroughly. I was nervous and needed help with understanding the process, for this I am most greatful. Rosamond put a roof on my house several years ago. There was an issue that was more of manufacturing of the shingle than the installation that cropped up several times in the ensuing years but every time, they came back and took care of it. Occasionally, no matter what you buy, there can be a problem but what separates the good from the bad being the good is still around years later and more important, willing to come out and take care of the problem. I give them high marks for the customer service I've received and would recommend them to anyone.Service: Roof installation

Rosamond inspected my roof for free and found hail damage, consequently they were able to work with my insurance to get me a new roof, I didn’t even know my roof was damaged, only that it was old. I highly recommend this company and their services. My wife and I are very satisfied, they even took care of some other problems they found while they were tearing off my old roof.

We had to roof leaks develop. 1 was a vent and they came & repaired it promptly. Then another area developed. Again they were prompt,answered the call & repaired it also. Sadly, what I will remember about this stressful process is nice folks to get a signed contract, with comments about "trust me" and" we want to be set apart from our competitors". The original date for the install was delayed due to extreme heat and the crew taking longer with the prior job --very understandable. The day the work was to begin, rain was not in the forecast; however, downpours occurred 3 times in the span of several hours. The rain began just as all the old roof was removed and exposed.The crew placed the tarp as quickly as possible; but, when it was removed, I heard rushing water in my attic and into my interior. The ceiling had one leak before the project, then 7-8 more throughout the ceiling in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. All were repaired to my satisfaction; yet, the stress of this project remained upon discovering that the driveway now had 6 large cracks that I know were not there prior to the delivery of the materials. Rosamond stated (through photos) and an email stating that I just did not notice that the cracks were there all along. Those photos showed the foreman's van and the pallet of supplies and sure enough two cracks underneath. No photos of the other cracks that were on the lower portion of the driveway and the apron. If Rosamond had the foresight to photograph the driveway prior to the installation as the photos suggest, why did the foreman not do this before the materials were delivered and why take additional photos when I pointed them out after the job was complete? Shouldn't he had known that he had already taken the photos? I have no recourse since I did not plan ahead and anticipate the damage that could be caused. I did not take photos; however, I did water the lawn days earlier and had my hose stretched across the drive to water my front lawn and I KNOW these cracks did not exist. Another issue occurred when the air vent was not properly seated during installation and the roof had another leak exactly where the original leak was. Glad we had some rain to test the roof. This too was corrected, but again, stress abounds. I write this review to give tips for consumers looking for roof replacement. One final observation while the rain continued the workers placed shingles on the wet underlayment. My concern there was moisture between the shingles and underlayment. I stopped the crew at this point, asked Rosamond to tarp and complete when the weather permitted but they wanted to continue. I conceded, the weather did clear, and the installation was complete in the same day.Service: Roof installation

The Sales Rep Edgar came out to my home and performed a free inspection, showed me some damage to my roof with pictures. Also some of the sealant was gone. There was no high pressure sell to make the repair but I ultimately decided to make the repair. He came back out that day and we are good as new. Very professional and explained everything. We have contacted several businesses through the years, but we can say we have never had a company show up as promised to give us an estimate and then give you a great rate for the work needed; show up before the stated time....it was amazing how fast the quality work was completed and they cleaned everything up. Plus they came to pickup their check after the job was complete!!!Very nice to do business with a company such as these folks. Thank you!

My property has multiple no trespassing and no soliciting signs leading up to the point where this company littered on my property with this flyer.The biggest mistery to me is what goes through their heads during the process. The way I see it, I of two things happened....1. (The most probable) company rep that trespassed and littered on my property with this flyer, did so knowingly violating my wishes communicated by the posted signs because they don't respect peoples' wishes and just do whatever they want.2. (The only other option, if not option 1) this company has people working for it that are so dim-witted and unobservant that they actually didn't notice the 4 reflective NO TRESSPASSING/NO SOLICITING signs they passed to get to the point where they littered on my property while TRESSPASSING (which is a crime btw)CONCLUSION....Given either option, why in the world would I want to hire this company to do anything for me? Did they really think I would see the trash they left on my property, and decide to hire them for anything at that point?I would really love a rep from this company to reply via this Google review and solve this unexplained mystery.They're luckly I don't invoice them for the proper disposal of their trash.

Pulled gutter away from the house. When putting the roof on. They wouldn't come back to fix gutter problem. They did some damage in the back of our house. They wouldn't come back to fix it. The sales manager was very rude when I asked him to come take a look at it and to fix it. I wouldn't recommend this roofing company.
