Upper Hand Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Bruce and Jarred came out to do the estimate and explained everything that their company provides and what they would recommend. They got on the roof and also crawled around in our attic to make sure we weren't blindsided by anything once the shingles came off. We got several estimates from other companies and their pricing was very competitive and their customer service was way above the others, which is why we decided to use them. Upper Hand Roofing was absolutely wonderful! From the first meeting, they were on time and ready to explain the process. They encouraged questions and gave us so much information that we really had no questions. It rained on the scheduled start days a couple of times and their office promptly called to notify us and re-schedule. Once the re-scheduled day arrived, their roofing crew arrived on time and were very professional. They were friendly and always conscientious their work and about picking up their mess. Amazing Service! The guys at Upper Hand Roofing were able to quickly and efficiently diagnose issues on a home I recently purchased. Jerad reassured me that the roof was in good shape, but just needed a little bit of TLC. He walked me through the entire maintenance procedure they would be performing on my roof from start to finish (sanding and painting the rusted dormers, replacing the roof pipes that the squirrels snacked on, and securing/replacing all the shingles and flashing that were a little worse for wear) The pricing was amazing, the turnaround was lightening fast, and Jerad was always available day or night to respond to any of my concerns. I highly recommend this company for their integrity, quality of work, and communication.

Upper Hand was great to work with to fix a leak in our roof. We had some scheduling difficulties at first due to weather issues, but once Jerad was able to come out, he was very thorough in making his assessment and explaining everything. He took many photos and sent them to me, walked me through each photo to explain what I was looking at. The roof maintenance they suggested at first didn't fix the issue because of a hidden issue that they couldn't find during the initial inspection. Jerad worked with me on cost because they didn't initially find that issue and I very much appreciated that honesty. I find it difficult to find personable, transparent contractors. These guys are upstanding and the type of contractors that are able to to build long-term relationships with homeowners. They will definitely be my first call in the future for work that fits within their scope of work.
