ATRR was awesome! Me and my husband bought our first home and it was a fixer-upper. The foundation had to be redone and the inside needed a lot of work. The foundation company did bad shotty work and when ATRR started on the remodel this caused some issues. ATRR helped fix the bad work the foundation company did at no extra charge to us and Joe personally got the owner of the foundation company back to our house to fix the rest. They continued with the remodel and got everything done in a timely manner and kept us updated every step of the way. They even worked with us after we found out we were expecting and the work had to be done faster than we expected. The work is beautiful and very well done, we could not have asked for a better job. I would highly recommend Joe and his crew to anyone!

They were quickly responsive to coming out and doing the initial estimate. They also spoke with me, at my request, to review the estimate details and confer regarding the other estimates I received to ensure they were performing the same, and needed, work. They revised the estimate to include some updated wording to make sure we were good on the agreement. They stuck to the estimate cost and only added some for the additional maintenance word that we discussed having them perform while they were here. It took two days only to complete the repairs and they did a thorough and good job. Looks great! I would recommend them, and likely do business with them again, as needed. What a wonderful experience. I had water dripping into my home after a big rain and American Traditional came within minutes to assess the problem. They put a temporary fix on my roof and then came back to do a great job to get it permanently fixed. Super communicative and professional. I'm so thankful I found them and look forward working with them on other home improvement projects.

Joe, Chris and everyone who worked with us from ATRR was great. Due to water damage in our kitchen we had replace our cabinets, molding, back door and trim work. They did all of these things and we were very happy with the quality of work. They were prompt, courteous, worked in a timely manner, reasonably priced and focused on my satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Not only did Central Texas Metal Roofing Supply Co. recommend American Traditional Roofing & Remodeling but of all the roofers I bidded out, ATRR was by far the most knowledgable and experienced on the latest metal roofing techniques. I was not in the Austin area during my actual roof redo, but Joe worked with my every step of the way to make sure my galvalume metal roof and awnings were completed according to my requests. The team was professional, timely, clean and did a beautiful job. I also recommend adding a facia wrap which really made my roof stand out!

I love that a real, live person answered the phone when I called. When I explained that I needed a roof repair quickly, they sent someone right away. The guy they sent went right to work and solved the problem. Another roofer had previously given me an estimate of $1,600 without even going up on the roof. The team at American Traditional has really wowed me and my family. I should start to say that I was referred to them by a friend, and Joe came out immediately to see how he could help. I had asked him to do a minor roofing task, which I had thought would help my situation.He told me honestly that what I wanted wouldn't work, and that I really needed further consultation. I was frustrated because I was afraid that it would cost too much. They came back to observe the bigger problem, and confirmed what we needed. All throughout the process, these guys stayed positive, were informed and professional, and reassured me that the problem could be taken care of. I suffered many leaks and flooding for far too long before they came to rescue our family from our building problems. They arrived with all of the materials and tools and help they needed, and had it taken care of in two days. This crew is the nicest, most talented metal workers around. I am confident when referring them that my friends will be happy with their work, their timeliness, and their skill. It is an art to be able to bend metal and make it seamless, and these guys have it covered.
