Chris Anderson won our business during the 2021 ice storm when we had water damage and ice damming on the roof. With Beth holding the ladder, he personally cleared the ice dams to prevent further water damage, took off our siding to dry out the interior of the walls, did repeated follow up inspections to ensure there was no mold growth, custom machined new siding to replace what he had to remove because ours was discontinued and dealt with my insurance company.Fast forward to the 2023 hail storm, I knew exactly who would replace my roof and deal with my insurance company. Chris and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish! I've recommended Anderson Roofing & Construction to family, friends, neighbors and colleagues. 10/10, will use again!

Using Anderson roofing was an amazing experience. Chris came to our former home which was hail damaged between sale and closing. He pre-inspected it to determine need for insurance claim. Met with insurance inspector on site. Insurance inspector so impressed that he asked for Chris’ contact info for future questions. Guided us through insurance claim process. Closing was contingent on roof being repaired which the Anderson team got accomplished before closing. Beth’s mom and COO of the company even personally met me at my work to give me certificate of completion and paid invoice. Overall great experience. My husband called and asked about an estimate, two days later, I replied to their automatic email to ask when it would happen, that day their guy called and scheduled to come out. He was great, very helpful and assured us he would work with insurance and get the roof taken care of. We were very clear from the beginning that we weren't worried about any cosmetics at this point, just the roof. A week later we've texted and emailed with no response and call the owner. Big apologizes, very busy, will get back with you soon. We get a call and they are trying to push the cosmetics again, tell him no, just the roof. A week later, I send an email asking if they just don't want our business and he finally calls to say he can't make money off of us so they aren't going to bid. This took TWO WEEKS. I send an email later that week asking for the copy of the estimate (I've never seen it) so I can go back to insurance myself. Three days later and zero acknowledgement. Horrible experience, thankfully I found another company that is responsive and listens to what we need.

I had a leak from my roof due to heavy rains and I called Anderson Roofing and this was during the later hours but they still responded and came out and helped me with the leak. I called Anderson Roofing just after lunch and Chris the owner answered the phone. I just needed a small repair, a job some roofing companies wouldn’t take. I had a new tankless water heater installed which required a larger exhaust pipe and boot on the roof.Chris was able to come over the same day (less than 1 hour actually) and made the repair. He even had the brown paint on hand to spray the PVC pipe to match to my roof to avoid the wrath of my HOA. Chris also performed a roof inspection while he was up there and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He explained my 10 year old roof still had life left and was is pretty good shape.He was very professional and his price was very reasonable. Once that was completed, the job took only 1 day! They placed tarps down around the edges of the home to catch any debris. The new roof is perfect! Beth and Chris are amazing! Chris came out to inspect my roof & gave me his honest opinion. The roof needed minor repairs which is what the inspector had also mentioned. Other roofing companies said I had to get my roof replaced, but Chris was honest & took care of the repairs in a timely manner. I met Chris (Owner) down the street working on another house in our neighborhood. He was so quick to answer questions I had about my roof and came over the same afternoon to look at my roof. He quickly gathered I had some hail damage to a recent hail storm. I had a couple shingles missing and he offered to fix them and gave a honest opinion about if I need to move forward with a claim. He even offered to come back the next morning to make sure he was seeing the roof in the right light to assess the damage. The day they were replacing my roof, a storm blew in and they quickly wrapped up and ensured there was no further damage to my home. I called on Sunday after a hard storm hit us and caused a noticeable leak from the fan vent into our home. Not only did they actually answer the phone, they were able to send one of their roofing specialists-- John -- out that same day! John called to confirm and texted me when he was on his way. He inspected our roof and quickly found the issue. It was a simple fix that eased our worries with more heavy rains on the forecast. John was super friendly and honest with us. Yesterday afternoon as I was driving in Leander my car died on me (dangerously close to a rail road intersection). While many people decided to drive around me and leave, Chris Anderson stopped and helped me push my car to a safe location. These guys offered to survey my roof and provide pictures to determine if we had sustained any damage in the recent storm.Turns out there was no damage, but they sent me the report anyway and didn't charge me anything!
