I would highly recommend Best Build Exteriors. Mike and Ronnie were professional, very friendly and provided top quality workmanship. They communicated proactively and made the roof replacement process seamless. The insurance claims adjuster missed damage to the chimney chase cover, they worked with insurance to get it covered. Mike noticed a few rotted facia boards when replacing the roof and replaced at no charge. Vents were delivered damaged some with small dents instead of going ahead and installing (which I would have never noticed) they went and exchanged them. In addition to the roof, I had them replace the old wooden siding on the chimney it looks amazing. From start to finish everything was a breeze and they did an incredible job. We hired Best Build Exteriors to complete our roof replacement after a storm. From beginning to end, this team did a remarkable job. From their clear communication and handling all aspects of insurance claim, to the very meticulous cleaning afterwards, these guys are very detailed and professional. Their solid roofing products are built to last and also comes with a warranty on the labor.Ronnie and Mike took us through the whole process very easily, and gained trust immediately. We also had a secondary project where we hired their exterior painting crew (Juan and his team) which were absolutely phenomenal- so kind and does beautiful work. Lastly, their other vendor (Brian) to repair the chimney was very good at what he does, and such a genuine guy. We even hired him for a separate project to clean out our chimney.They truly have the greatest crew and surpassed our expectations for all the work they did!! We’d definitely use their services again and recommend to anyone who wants things done right! Stellar job!

Top Notch Professional Service.We needed a new roof after all the storms. They came in and knocked out the whole thing in one day with excellent cleanup, installation, and detail work.They also did an attic assessment of the roof space and found it was lacking in ventilation. This is something no other roofing company even talked to me about. We added extra vents for better airflow. They know their stuff and you can't go wrong.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after my experience with Ronnie and Mike. The Best Build team was one of many roofers who paid me a visit after a recent hailstorm. The quote was in line with every other roofing company, but what stood out the most was Ronnie's willingness to explain the process and the benefits of the approach. I actually learned a thing or two about my roof (GAF HDZ shingle with a high-profile ridge), and though it wasn't necessary, it certainly gave me perspective that no other roofing company had provided. Needless to say, Ronnie sold me on going with Best Build... but that alone wouldn't have motivated me to leave a review. It’s what came next that just blew me away.The Best Build team communicated with me every step of the way, and when they said something was going to happen on a specific day and time... it did. The icing on the cake was the attention to detail after the work was done. Ronnie personally inspected the roof and called out several "imperfections" that no one would have noticed except him. He insisted on getting his crew back out to replace a few shingles, and then he spent the remainder of the afternoon walking around the house with a magnet to make sure there were no nails or debris left in the yard for my dog to eat or my kids to step on.
