I highly recommend this company for roof replacement. They put considerable time with my previous insurance company to file a claim on roof damage that occurred under that policy...I did not know that was possible. They knew the laws and walked me through the process and got the company to honor the policy.They expedited my project to work around my travel schedule and got it done in two days and were very quick to respond to questions.They took extensive measures on cleaning up afterwards and were very pleasant to work with.If you need a new roof, go with them, you won't regret it.

Our recent roof replacement by Best Roof in Town was outstanding. This is a local company and the owner, Bonner, provided excellent customer service, helpful advice, and constant contact from the inspection all the way through to the completion of the installation. Bonner came out within hours of contacting him and climbed on the roof and conducted a thorough inspection. After signing a contract with him, he promptly submitted a claim to our insurance.The roofing crew were punctual, hardworking, and did an excellent job cleaning our property once the project was complete. There was a crew of 9 that made the job go very quickly and the bonus was that there was no loud music playing. Bonner was nice and patient with us throughout and even took time to educate us on all aspects of our roof. Best Roof in Town (BRIT) replaced our roof after a hail storm that hit Leander in April (on our wedding weekend no less!). I decided to work with them since they were local to our neighborhood and the Leander area. Both Bonner and Ashley were super responsive and friendly throughout the process, from inspection all the way to the repair date. Due to high demand and supply shortages, BRIT kept me informed as we waited for our drop date to be scheduled, and even offered to upgrade my shingle material to complete our roof in a more timely manner. Once we had our date scheduled, the roof was completed in 1 day, with our gutter installation that following week. Efficient and quality work!On the day of the repair, we did run into an issue with a water pipe leak due to the line being installed too close to the roof boards when the home was built. I happened to be out of town that day, and I'm very appreciative that Bonner came to the house to help my wife respond the the water issues and help get mitigation measures started.This was my first homeowner's experience dealing with a roof claim, and I felt completely informed and comfortable throughout the process. Bonner and Ashley entertained all of my questions without hesitation. They really did an AMAZING job on my roof. They took good care of me by being very flexible with my ever-changing fast paced schedule. They worked with my insurance so that I didn't have to. On March 21, 2022 a tornado ripped through Round Rock, Texas and heavily damaged our neighborhood. Of course there were many roofing companies that came out immediately. My husband and I "collected" a lot of business cards until Noah Sloat and Christian Hinostroza, with Best Roof in Town, stopped by. They were so genuine and kind and offered to get up on our roof to do a temporary patch -with no obligation to go with Best Roof in Town- which is located in Leander, TX. They were the first and ONLY company that was willing to HELP - not just go after our business. Noah and Christian even stuck around for awhile and helped our neighbors drag broken fences pieces to the curb as the large truck hauled the debris away. My husband said that Noah and Christian earned our business the minute he shook hands with them. Our new roof has been installed and we are really happy with the outcome.
