This roofing company is working on a home on our street adding a new roof. I have just added a no soliciting sign to our door two weeks ago because of the constant barrage of companies for solar and roofing up to 6-8 times per day.While someone from this organization did not knock on our door, they decided to litter our doorstep with their door hanger. No soliciting means no soliciting and that includes leaving leaflets and papers on the porches of people who specifically request to not be disturbed. For this I am leaving a one star review. Perhaps this will get your attention. Even though you did not knock, your doorstep littering alerted our dogs and disrupted and interrupted our school time and our workday.If a company will not honor my polite request, I will not recommend them to my neighbors and friends. I have suggested others in my neighborhood do this very same thing as I am not alone in the constant harassment. Until this harassment stops, I will be leaving negative reviews until they rethink their actions. All I ask if for that company to honor the no soliciting sign.

Worked here for a while, will say all these negative reviews are on point for sure. This company does not have any consideration for the homeowner. They simply just want all the money they can get get from you because the commission is one of the worst this industry has seen. They will knock on your door no matter how many signs and do not have the funds to actually get a permit. On top of that if you do work with this company you will have nails and shingle pieces all over your yard. The managers are also just lazy people who sit in the truck in front of the installs and do nothing. This company will shoot itself in tho foot so be careful and do your shopping around before committing to this company. They also cannot offer discounts no matter the circumstance and will lie and say that the same upgrades everyone else is doing for CHEAPER is the reason they can’t do a discount. Saw a lot of smart people laughing in the workers faces because they already know these facts.Edit: All lies below, they do not work with the insurance quote to save you money. Most other companies do the exact same work and provide same if not better warranties for any homeowner, as well as an actual choice of roof. Please reach out to Legacy, Tarrant, Ernie Smith & sons, RnR, or any other company and they will explain very clearly that this company is pulling a fast one on you. Also they do not do a good job of magnet sweeping for nails EVER which is why we were always there the next day and still have negative reviews about it. I know y’all are doing your best to stay up and running but lying to customers on an hourly basis is ridiculous. The account managers aren’t even insured to get on your roof like they try to say they are. Only the actual roofers.

The people at Coast to Coast Roofing were very helpful and went through the details of what was needed to get our roof installed. Daniel West, in particular, provided all the answers to all our questions. Their crew was efficient and cleaned up after the roof install. We personally felt that their pricing was reasonable. We would not hesitate to contact them again should we run into a roof issue down the road. Bottomline, we're happy having them as our roofer.

It has been a pleasure to work with Adam Short, our Coast to Coast account manager, to have our roof replaced following hail damage. Adam contacted our insurance company and arranged for the whole job to be done at no cost to us except for the deductible on our policy. He was very flexible to accommodate our scheduling needs, and stayed in close contact with us to assure everything went well. We wanted to write and say how happy we are with the roof but just as important is that Mr Barnett handled the entire project with a great attitude and customer service.The insurance adjuster didn’t measure correctly so the first check was incorrect. Mr. Barnett worked with a “not so helpful” adjuster to get your company the final funds due to you and to bring our job to closure.We will be recommending your company and Colten directly to anyone we hear that needs a new roof. The whole process on our side was streamlined very well and even with the insurance adjusters mistake Colten was able to take that burden off of us. He’s a great asset to your company because he represents the face of Coast to Coast to every home owner he’s speaks to. If I were the owner of Coast to Coast I would be thankful to have him as part of my team! It’s refreshing when a company simply says what’s gonna happen and what to expect and even when the hiccups come the company follows through. Colten certainly did all that for us and for Coast to Coast. Also, the entire property was completely cleaned up afterwards. No trash, no nails, no old roof. After recent hail storm, we were looking for roof replacement. C2Croofs contacted us for free inspection. Sales person were nice, very responsive in reply and in follow ups. However, Other than CertainTeed shingles, brand, quality etc. of other material details were never shared. Roofing crew come on time as scheduled, however it was not easy to handle them. They were throwing old shingles all around from 20ft height.I found one of the worker urinating near my AC unit. That is BIG NO for me.My plants are ruined.My split AC has many marks and it is not cooling any more.At some places, wood is chipped off and exposed to atmosphere, If not treated, it is a recipe for rotten wood in a year.Drip irrigation manifold is broken, I saw water flooding in morning. I replaced it myself now.I am still seeing so many nails and shingle parts are around.

Scheduling issues, broken window, poor installation, nails in yard and street months after installationI had the worst experience with them! I do not typically go with door to door salesmen but figured I would go with them because they were in the neighborhood and could get the roof done quick.The sales guy put me on the books for a time that I could not do and I only found out after they contacted me to confirm my appointment. Fast forward a couple of weeks to the appointment and they show up and do the work. As they are throwing down the shingles and metal siding off the edge, one of the pieces hits the side fence and ricochets into the window and cracks it. I immediately let the sales guy know with pictures and he gets with his team. A month later after back and forth with the company saying it was not their fault and they would not pay for it they finally had window guy come out to replace, which again had to be rescheduled because they did not give the window guy or me the time to come out and fix.The day after the crew left the job site my wife walks onto the front porch barefoot and nearly steps on a nail. I have a guy come out and run the magnet machine through the yard and he finds a couple nails. I made the mistake of not double checking his work and walk onto the back porch literally right after he leaves and I see a nail on the fence line with the orange plastic washer around the end, an obvious thing to spot with just my eye. Then later I am leaving for work and as I am about to pull out I notice a nail in the street where I wouldve driven just moment later. And its been at least 5 months later and I am still finding nails in the yard.A month after installation, I am on my roof and I notice a one and a half inch space between the shingle and actual roof. So I send pictures to my insurance adjuster who confirms that the space needs to be fixed as it could let it water in and diminishes integrity of the roof. So they then have to send out a small crew to go through and reinstall the metal flashing in the section.I have never had work done and had so many issues during or afterward than with this company. I would not send them to my worst enemy! They are very sloppy in their work and communication. It was nothing but a headache for me!Service: Roof installation

After the storm early November, a sales rep from Coast to Coast came to my door and offered a free roof inspection. I’m not one to turn down free stuff so I said sure. Turns out I had so much damage that I didn’t even know was up there. Thankfully, they caught it early. It seemed urgent so I asked to take care of it as soon as possible, within 7 days I had a brand new, way cooler and upgraded roof. I recommend the Moire Black color shingles to anyone looking to do business with this company. It’s awesome! Thanks so much Coast to Coast! I went through a very hard time with this hail storm in November and was very worried because we had multiple leaks in our roof.I was very pleased with everything that Coast to Coast did for us.They were very helpful when it came to making the claim and making sure everything was noted with the adjuster. Bunch of jerks, come into my private business parking lot and try to jump over curbs with your truck with customer vehicles around while yelling obscenities when told to stop. Peeled out a few times, left tire marks on my drive. Next time use a gps instead of driving on curbs and grass to cross parking lots

We had the pleasure of working with Bryan F. and Joseph M. They were very polite and helpful with the initial consultation as this was our first roof replacement. They did an initial review of our roof, took photos of the damage, and answered all of our questions. The process was very transparent. Bryan engaged our insurance company after we signed the contract and things moved very seamlessly after that. He was very knowledgeable and explained the details of our claim. Initial payment was made on the day of the roof installation. The crew did a great job with the roof install. Plants were protected or moved out of the way, which I appreciate! They were done in less than 5 hrs! Cleanup was done well. Bryan came by to do a final walk through, and submitted all the paperwork and photos to our insurance company for us. Everything moved quickly and smoothly from start to finish. Thank you, Bryan and crew for making it very easy! Great job, guys!

I am very Happy and satisfied with the work Coast to Coast Roofing did in replacing the roof on our house. Collin knock on my door offering free estimate on roof replacement, I told him we had already put in the claim for replacing the roof just needing a roof company to do the work. He dealt with my Mortgage company and insurance, so I was stress free. I had to wait on my skylight to come in 3-4 days, heavy rain was in the forecast and a team of 3 workers came very late in the evening to insure that there would be no leaking through temporary covering they put over the Skylight. Collin and Paul the sales representatives were very helpful and very pleasurable to deal with from beginning to end of the process. The worker that came out to do the work were very friendly and efficiently, clean up all the debris after they completed the work. Thank you Coast to Coast, had a great experience from beginning to end in dealing with your company!

My home had a wind damage. One day, Alex came to my place for a free inspection. Initially, I was skeptical because my door was knocked often for a free inspection and I didn't have much confidence in such a business. However, Alex explained me well about the wind damage, pros and cons, and the whole process to replace the roof. Plus, the details of expected cost as well. Luckily, I decided to move forward for the roof replacement.Because of my moving to a new place, my schedule was very tight, so I asked Alex if he could schedule it as early as he could. Even if my ask was too demanding, Alex arranged the work quickly. From the start to the end, it was hassle-free. I didn't know that the roof replacement was such an easy task and there is nothing to worry about. Anyway, it was a very fun experience.All the work by the Coast To Coast Roofing was very professional at reasonable price, guess. It was my surprise that the total cost was a way cheaper than I expected. Even after the roof replacement, the staff cleaned up around my home. I also had gutter guards, but they re-installed the gutter guards seamlessly. *** Aggressive door-to-door salespeople ***I work from home and have placed a no solicitation sign right next to the doorbell to avoid interruption, yet they continue to leave solicitations right next to our sign. I have called this company directly more than once to request our address be removed from any lists, to which they assert their apologies and that they'll inform their salespeople. However, they continue to display a blatant disregard for our personal space.Reply to the owner: This apathetic copied and pasted response shows your lack of care and concern about your target market. Just because your employee "saw" damage does not give them the inherent right to ignore our sign that requests explicitly you to respect our privacy and space.It would help if you used these negative reviews and customer complaints as opportunities to connect with and learn what can be done better in the future. Respect for people's boundaries will take you a long way.

Upgraded my roof and got it approved through my insurance as well as the gutter system around the houseCrews were very detailed and efficient. Cleanup was impressive as there were thousands of nails and lots of debris during the replacement. The install took one day. I am a first time home buyer. I had a tornado and hail storm blow through my neighborhood.
