This is my second time using Perry Roofing (thanks to 2 bad hailstorms separated by 14 years) and both times the service and quality of work have been exceptional. I appreciate they are a smaller family run and veteran owned business and everyone there has been great to deal with. My sales rep Jessie made the process very easy and his experience really showed. The install crew took great care to protect my plants, put tarps down around the house, and there was seriously zero mess after they left (was hard to believe). The office staff is friendly and easy to reach as well. The new roof looks great and know it will last a long time. Highly recommend Perry Roofing!

I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by Perry Roofing on my house. They use high quality materials from well known companies such as GAF.Jessie our Sales Representative, is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the process and materials to use on my house. He performed a detail inspection of our roof.I chose the Class 4 Impact Resistance shingles. They had a great selection of colors / finish to choose from. I have received positive comments from neighbors.Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Perry Roofing and my roof looks great. I highly recommend them.

Just had our roof, gutters, back door and siding replaced as well as the entire house painted with Jessie and the team at Perry roofing. The work and materials used were very great quality. Unfortunately the weather delayed the time line at one point but Jessie was very good at keeping us informed and rescheduled accordingly. Working with Jessie, Mr. Perry and the team was great they are extremely knowledgeable and very genuine people. I’ve known Ken Perry for over 30 years. Ken’s company is the only roofing company that has installed roofing on the multiple homes that I have owned over the years. I would not use anyone else for my roofing needs. Ken and his crews have always been on time, professionally installed my roofs, taken the extra care needed to clean up all the nails, screws, old shingles, packaging, etc. from around our home(s). From the front office with Carmen Aguilar, to the field supervisor Jessie Aguilar, to the Perry Roofing crews – they are simply the best. We received some severe storms a few weeks ago and contacted Perry Roofing for an estimate on the damages. They came out and were very professional and detailed. The sales rep took pictures of the damage and showed us what was wrong which gave us peace of mind that he was knowledgeable and was being honest. They completed the work in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. We will use Perry Roofing again and highly recommend them.

I can not recommend Perry Roofing enough! I was one of the unlucky ones that was hit hard by the hail storm in April 2016. I waited a little bit to get my roof replaced because I knew reputable roofing companies would be busy.Long story short, I called Perry Roofing and Santos came out and gave me an estimate on the roof. I could believe his reasonable price, especially from a reputable company like Perry. I signed the contract after discussing the estimate with my husband.Santos came to my home to pick up the contract on a Thursday. He said that he will contact me soon, probably the next week to have the work done.Perry Roofing called me that Monday and was ready to put my roof on the next day, Tuesday. The roofing crew showed up on time and did an AWESOME job! My roof is beautifulllll and here's the kicker, they had about 5 or 6 roofers and finished my roof within 5 hours! By the time I returned home, I couldn't tell that they had been there. Everything was cleaned and not one nail left behind.Santos was GREAT! He was ALWAYS prompt when visiting. I couldn't believe how prompt he was, and he tried his best to give me everything at a discount. He gave me $100 off just for displaying the company sign in my lawn.I'm glad I found a trusted roofer because I did massive research on a lot of roofing companies but I didn't trust them, even some of the reputable ones.Perry Roofing didn't ask to see my insurance paperwork. Santos gave me a VERY reasonable price with no strings attached.I got a beautiful roof with 10 years warranty and a great, trustworthy company!I'm elated and couldn't thank Santos enough!

Marco was my contact. He came out on time for a scheduled inspection and quote. I had some bad damage in one area that when raining was leaking through in the master bathroom. He offered to patch damaged area to get me through the next storm. This was done at no cost before I agreed to go forward with them. It took his team 1 day to do the roof. They were very mindful leaving no trash or anything behind. Marco followed up the next day. I have and will continue to recommend them. They have done at least 3 roof's in my neighborhood in the last few years, Thank you Marco and team from Perry Roofing!!! Marco is an asset and I feel represents Perry Roofing!!!

This is the typical roofing company that will talk the talk and never walk the walk. Don't waste your time with them. I've been trying to get them to meet my insurance adjuster for almost 8 months. They'll answer the phone the first time, then never again.
