After my neighbor refered Roofcrafters and I realized they were a local company, I was excited to support a local business and improve my roof quality after having damage from a hail storm. They provided me with a lot of details and consistently checked in with me, that is until I signed the contract and paid the insurance deductible. After that, it seemed that I was their last priority and I was never kept in the loop on my roof + gutter scheduling. When the guys arrived the day before the roof job, they didn’t even let me know they were at the house and we just heard loud bangs on the roof. Overall, the quality of the roof and gutters seems great and I haven’t had any issues. However, I noticed that they added some type of flashing on the front of my house and sloppily caulked it and painted it with a color that didn’t match my house, as well as got paint on my home’s stone. I have contacted them and they denied doing this twice. Luckily, I had before and after photos showing that it was indeed added and they agreed to fix the job. Well, almost 3 months have gone by and I have contacted them at least 5 times and nothing. I was told they would come by “in a couple weeks” and then was ghosted. I even called the main office to explain the issue and showed them photos and still, nothing. If you go with this company and want communication/updates or are unhappy with the job, don’t expect any response.Services: Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Exterior painting, Roof installation

We contacted RoofCrafters after the big hail storm this past Spring in Central Texas. Our insurance company told us our 1 year old roof and gutters were completely damaged and needed to be totally replaced.We had Al come out to give us an estimate and he came out immediately and even did some remediation to the damaged roof to temporarily stop any leaks until they could get the material ordered and scheduled.Al did a tremendous job keeping us updated throughout the process and even worked directly with our insurance claims representative.Ronnie then did a great job coordinating schedules and timelines for the roof install.Once the install took place, the workers showed up on-time, were very polite, and did a tremendous job cleaning up after themselves which is a big deal with dogs and sharp nails/pieces/etc.I am hoping I don't need a new roof anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely use RoofCrafters again and will mention them to all of our neighbors!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Gutter installation, Roof repair

I have worked with RoofCrafters for the past 10 years, primarily for minor projects related to storm damage. I recently completed a massive project that included the replacement of my entire roof (shingles, underlayment, soffit, and gutters) and repainting/restaining the entire exterior of my house. I could not be more pleased with the results, my house, that I brought brand new, now looks better than it did when I purchased 16 year ago. I was looking for someone to replace my vinyl siding with Hardie. Quote was in the ballpark with others and I had used RoofCrafters previously for a new roof. I had existing water damage from an improperly installed window. Since they can't find damage until the siding is removed, this work was not included in the quote.It took 7 weeks before they could start but the crew did good work and let me know about any rotted wood that was uncovered. Some wood was marginal, but I chose to replace everything, which brought up the cost of the job. There were some surprises along the way but everything was dealt with to my satisfaction.My sales associate was by almost every day to check progress and to deal with any issues I had. The most important thing, though, was having a crew that knew what they were doing and could address issues quickly and competently.Hardie ain't cheap so having it installed correctly is very important. RoofCrafters has the crew and tools/equipment needed to get the job done. I'm quite happy with the results.Service: Drywall installation

Roofcrafters removed our old barn roof and installed a standing seam metal roof. Also they replaced 2 windows in the barn that were an odd size and had to be custom made. Framing had some members on the patio roof that had rotted and needed to be replaced. They did an excellent job. We were very happy with their work. I highly recommend this company.

Thanks RoofCrafters for my awesome Hardie Board siding home! Job well done!! I would like to extend my thanks to Stephen Marsaglia, Project Planner at RoofCrafters in Leander, Tx for his continued follow up and keep the communication of my request and contract specifications between myself, Renaum, and his crew from day 1 until the final Hardie board was hung and painted. I want RoofCrafters to know how Renaum and his crew were professional, very courteous, and how they all had since of pride in their workmen ship which you can see in my finished home. They made a 25-year home look new again with all of its imperfections. Renaum and his crew throughout this job would stop and ask me how I would like it to look if there was question or different ways the Hardie board could be cut, hung, painted, or caulked. On the last day Renaum came to me and ask me to walk with him and point out anything that I wasn’t pleased with from one end to the other end of my home and as soon as pointed out the smallest of things he immediately had his crew fix right then. I’m “Very” impressed with Renaum and this crew they are Outstanding and deserve this recondition because they are way passed the 5 Star rating. Thank you Renaum and Crew for my beautiful home!

Only because they were not able to come out and look at the job within my time frame. As a general contractor I understand how hard it is to drop things and cater to one individual. We've done siding (LP siding), sliding glass doors (Milgard), and now roofing with Chris at RoofCrafters. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and worked with us on things other roofers didn't want to touch - such as our request to demo a structurally unnecessary gable in our entryway that was causing leaks and rotted wood. Now we know we have a roof design that won't encourage this issue, and our house is no longer dated to the 1980's - it looks fantastic.

My husband and I were looking for a solution for the pergola extension we had added to our house. We were tired of rain dumping on the patio and wanted to install a professional roof to the area. I called roofcrafters becuase they were highly recommended by a friend, and brainstormed a solution with them. Once we paid the deposit, the job was scheduled within 2 weeks and they completed the job (undoing the top of the pergola and screens we had installed on it, and installing a new roof and timber under it, and reattached our gutters afterwards) in 1 day! RoofCrafters recently installed a new metal roof, chimney caps and gutters on our home. The old roof leaked along the dormers so they also had to repair hidden water damage, replace stucco and install new flashing around dormers and chimneys.
