This was without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had with a window cleaning contractor (20 years in this house). It started off well…but began to fall apart at the end of the job and then totally collapsed during the follow-up emails with the owner. The tech seemingly did a fine job on the windows, but I have since noticed that a few of the windows were not cleaned well or not at all (I wasn’t informed of this by the tech). However, sometime during the removal of the screens and the cleaning of them several of the screens were ripped; and the tech claimed not to know how it happened. When trying to resolve the issue with the owner via email, he attributed all the damage to the screens to the bushes outside the house. Prior window cleaner never had that happen before. The owner offered to drive them to a screen maker to get them repaired but did not offer even partial payment for the repairs. Furthermore, he quoted the technician as saying that there were “actual sticks from the bushes poking through the screens prior to his removal.” This conflicts with what I was told firsthand by the tech, which was he didn’t really know how the screens were damaged. Even more bewildering, one of the screens that was damaged is nowhere near any bushes whatsoever.Be forewarned: They never came out to estimate costs; I sent a few pictures of the home per the owner’s direction. That’s quite different than my experience with other contractors…who always came out. I suspect that had an in-person visit occurred, I would have been asked (and happily complied) to have the bushes trimmed.Marginally competent, unprofessional management, and somewhat truth-challenged is my bottom line assessment.

I was under a deadline, Mike responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and was very understanding of my situation - reasonable estimate and worked with me to get the job done before my house went on the market. Shine cleaned my windows, all 18 of them and screens, power-washed walkways, back patio, areas of the house and driveway for a reasonable price. The 2 gentlemen who came out were very efficient, on time, and kept me updated on progress in an attempt to work around my dogs. They were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Shine Window Care for more than just your windows!

Shine Window Care was absolutely professional and they did an awesome job! I needed someone to come ASAP as we just moved in our house and we are having a party this weekend. The windows were a mess and so I talked to Michael the owner and he did everything he could to get us in their schedule quickly!! Jared and Ivan were the best! Very professional, courteous and hard working! I enjoyed having them in my home and I will hire them again for sure!! You won't find better window washers and like I said they will be my window washers from now on!!

Highly recommended. Chris and Ryan cleaned our house windows in October 2015. They were punctual, professional and thorough. Chris and Ryan are fine Christian men and we enjoyed our conversations. The cost was reasonable and we will have the windows cleaned twice a year. Ryan returned in December 2015 to install Christmas lights on the exterior of our house. This was also done well and at a reasonable cost. Overall, we are complete;y satisfied with the services provided by Shine Window Care.

The service was IMPECCABLE. The quote was reasonable & within our budget.Shine Window Care provided us with an estimate the same day we called.This was fortunate for us since the company we originally retained was a no show x3. Shine Window Care gave us an appointment the same week.The two young men with Shine Window Care called 15 minutes prior to scheduled arrival time and were on time. I don't recall their names but they did an outstanding job.I highly recommend Shine Window Care to anyone. Without a doubt we will absolutely use Shine Window Care again.

Owner Eric came to give us an estimate for outside and inside window cleaning. He explained their process and the products they use. Nick & Ryan did a fantastic job and our windows look like new! They were careful around our landscaping and inside shutters and even removed their shoes inside the house. They were very professional and polite and I highly recommend Shine of Cedar Park.

I walked into my house after they were done and it feels drastically lighter now! My windows were so dirty before they came and now they are sparkling!! The 2 man crew was extremely polite and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I also had them clean the brick and eaves on the exterior of my house and it looks fantastic. The entire experience from start to finish was perfect. I highly recommend Shine!

I am a realtor and needed someone to clean my Sellers windows ASAP. We needed to put the house on the market in just a few days. I called many window companies and everybody was booked two weeks out. Shine window cleaning came to the rescue and cleaned the windows the very next day even though they had a very tight schedule. They squeezed us in. Adam was awesome! I contacted Shine a month or more ago and they quickly came out and gave me an estimate in short order. The salesman was very well versed in knowing their services and how they worked to solve my problems. I had mold and mildew stains on my Austin white stone house, my driveway, porch and patio had not been power washed in over 6 years and my windows were a mess after this years pollen season. The price was reasonable given the scope of work. I scheduled them for the last work day in April to get everything floating n the air to settle down. The 2 man crew showed up a minute or two early, knocked on the door and introduced themselves. The foreman and I did a quick walk around to discuss the scope of work. They washed windows inside and out and completed the power wash in about 3 hours. This included removing and replacing patio furniture and my wife's many potted plants. Windows are spotless, stains are gone and the whole house seems to SHINE! As they were wrapping up, the foreman ask if I had any thing else I needed done and if not was I happy with the job. I was obviously happy and would recommend them to any one.

I had Shine out to my house yesterday. They power washed my driveway, all my side walks and my 2 back patios. They cleaned all my gutters and washed my windows inside and out and scrubbed my screens. My house looks wonderful and is now ready for spring! The prices were as amazing as their work. I'm a Realtor and will highly recommend them to all my clients.

I called for an estimate and they came out when promised. I scheduled for the cleaning was informed at what time they would be arriving and they were prompt. I was very satisfied with their ability. The two men which did my windows were friendly and professional. I would highly reccomend them if you need your windows cleaned. Great service at a reasonable price.

Very friendly team, easy booking, great communication via email, phone, and text. They arrived on time, did excellent work, and went above and beyond! I was unlucky enough to have them clean my large windows just prior to a large storm, and they came back for additional windows the following week and re-did all the windows that had rain spots on them! Scott and Ryan showed up and immediately got started assessing our windows. One of the windows had fence stain that we had not been able to get off. When they had finished, the stain was gone and all of the windows were immaculate. I think they are cleaner now than they were when the house was new.Thank you for a wonderful job!

As a homeowner, the last thing I want to think about was how dirty my house looked on the outside and how that didn’t match the inside. I hired Shine for pressure washing my driveway and patio. Chris & team gave me the best, most reasonable estimate on thumbtack. Moreover, they went to the property and gave me a more detailed estimate. They were upfront about the stains the can and cannot remove. Some spots were left after 1st visit but Chris responded to my complaint and got the crew back to do the job right. Overall I am very happy and will definitely hire them again.
