Update: I’ve used this company off and on over the years. I started out really happy with them, but quality is really hit or miss and lately seems to be more of a miss. They can’t clean consistently well and I am questioning if they are worth the costThis is the second time B&B has cleaned my house. They asked if I wanted any particular cleaner for my floors, they didn't complain at all about the one thing I asked them to do a specific way, they were amazingly thorough, and super nice. They haven't even left my house yet and I am so happy with their cleaning I wanted to write this review before they left. And I will add I'm pretty picky about how thoroughly my house is cleaned and I have pets, so it takes a little more effort to do a good job. I will definitely use them again.

Was so incredibly impressed with my deep clean, I'm now bi-weekly. My house looked and smelled amazing after. The team was very friendly, thorough, and the best part was they were pet friendly.Update: I have used them bi-weekly for over a year now and I can say I'm still 100% satisfied every time they come! I had neck and back surgery which left the house cleaning way down on the list for a few months. And I had quite a mess with 2 grown kids living upstairs. Luckily, I saw the deep clean service from B&B online. It was easy to schedule with Susana and Hervis. They did an incredible job and didn’t miss a thing. They went above and beyond to pick up some items the kids left lying around and the straightened the entire upstairs. I am so thankful for them. Since I don’t get around much without the walker now, they were very intentional in moving things so I had more room to maneuver. Susana and Hervis we’re amazingly quick and thorough. The bathrooms sparkled and they really cleaned the kitchen well. I am so thankful for B&B maid services, they were so nice and easy to talk to. I’m now getting them every two weeks to keep up with the housework as I heal from my surgeries. Susana and Hervis are the best!! Thanks for such a great experience.

Last week was our second time using B&BMaids and they are incredible! We hired them both times to do a deep clean and the price was very reasonable. Our house was SPOTLESS both times, the employees were so nice, and they were able to get us in with only a few days notice. Not to mention it only took 3ish hours to deep clean our entire home (5 bedrooms, 2 stories). I would recommend them highly!

I really love B & B Maid Service. We have been using them for about a year and a half, and they come every other week. They are prompt and thorough. The bathrooms look great, the floors and rugs are swept/vacuumed/mopped thoroughly. All of our windows have plantation shutters on them, so it's wonderful to have them all dusted regularly. When the maids leave, the house just sparkles!Alan is always very quick to respond to concerns or questions. We have had a new team (#5) for a couple weeks. They are as wonderful as our previous team.

I couldn't be happier with my initial cleaning so I'm set up for bi-weekly because it truly was life changing to have my home be spotless. I actually ran errands while the team worked and it felt good being able to keep up with my busy schedule and have my home in order at the same time. I got quotes from many companies and this one was the only one that did an onsite visit prior to scheduling, gave a specific quote based on my home and what they saw, and the price was extremely competitive. They were in and out in no time and my place was spotless. I didn't give much direction because I figured they are the pros and let me tell you that was the way to go. I highly recommend B&B Maid Service. I have used this service for about a year now. They do a very thorough job. When I spot check to determine how well the cleaning crew did, I always check the bathrooms. For me clean bathrooms are the most important part of a clean house. And B&B Maid Service never disappoints - my bathrooms are spotless! Not only do they clean and sanitize, but they also pay attention to little details. They leave the tissue boxes and toilet paper like they do in nice hotels. It is absolutely wonderful to come home to a clean house after working all day!
