After evaluating a variety of roofers after a storm, I needed a fresh start.I called Rebuild Texas because of the reviews they had and let me tell you they did not disappoint.My project manager was Brandon Hocker.Brandon was fantastic throughout the whole process and showcased what the company’s website promised.There are so many good things to point out; but to keep it short what stuck out the most is..... Brandon was very available for any questions or concerns. Additionally, he was present during construction and even going through the yard himself to help clean up.Lastly, Brandon discussed how well he likes working for Rebuild Texas which shows the the company cares about their employees as well.

Rebuild Texas did a phenomenal job! The contractor, Jennifer, that was assigned to me was awesome. She was super nice and very knowledgeable. She handled everything for me and made the process extremely easy. She even contacted my insurance company for me when they tried to not pay for the hail damage. I was trying to sell my house and had to do it quickly. She was able to get me scheduled and done before my closing date. The crew who did the roof was also amazing. they did the whole thing in one day. they stayed after and did a very thorough job of cleaning up so there was no debris or nails left in my lawn. And the finished roof looks amazing! To add one more positive note, my insurance company was dragging their feet on paying for the project. For whatever reason, they reimbursed the cost of the new roof in three separate checks, and it took almost 3 months to get all three checks. Rebuild Texas was very patient with me and never once made me feel rushed to get the checks knowing that it wasn't my fault. Jennifer made the time to come to me and collect the checks so i didn't have to drive to her or miss work to drop the checks off. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Rebuild Texas!

Words cannot express my satisfaction with Rebuild Texas Roofs. If there was an option for 6 stars I'd more than happily rate them that. Aside from the work being solid, timely, and efficient,- the intangibles demonstrated by this company are stellar. They are honest and genuine in their estimate and have a true concern for providing a reliable service for a reasonable cost. I speak so highly because the situation I was in was somewhat unique. My home insurance was going to be temporarily suspended until I had spotty areas on my roof fixed. (There were sporadic shingles missing around my roof) After doing my research, I was well aware of companies attempting to charge anywhere from $350-$1000 just for mere shingle repairs. I spoke with JENNIFER., suffice it to say I was able to find the lowest estimate that would compete with any other rival roofing company. She came out personally the next day and completed work in 2.5 hours. The process was seamless and exceptional. Our family will return to them with all our roofing needs, and will be the first and only name mentioned as it relates to referrals. The way it is today with many companies, attempting to exploit consumer ignorance, - it is a relief to feel in good hands knowing you aren't dealing with a company whose only intention is to financially extrapolate the most out of the consumer. Matt Netzel and his partner Brian Page from Rebuild Texas are true professionals. If you have never experienced a roof replacement or even if you have, a Senior Project Manager like Matt will make the whole process a rewarding experience and I know that sounds like a lot. They had repaired several roofs in our neighborhood so I had no problem asking them to inspect my roof for damages. From the the initial inspection, working alongside the adjuster and interpreting the glut of information passed on by your insurance company, they can make it all a very satisfying and understandable experience. Their followup and services are top of the line and I will gladly recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors. On top of that, Matt is a Vet and that made our decision to select Rebuild Texas a shoo-in.

The folks at Rebuild Texas are all very professional and happy to explain what they're doing and why. I was given fair inspections and estimates and they worked with State Farm to make the claim process easier, including an amendment to cover code-related upgrades that State Farm then paid for. Communications were frequent so I always knew when things would happen such as work crew arrival, payments, etc. Andrew Blacklock was the Project Manager on my recent roof replacement this summer and he was excellent from start to finish. This is the second roof I've had to replace in 3 years due to hail (different homes) and used Rebuild Texas both times. They are a top notch company.

Excellent experience with Rebuild Texas! I found Jennifer's name on Nextdoor after we had an interior leak from a hailstorm. They were fantastic throughout the entire process. Jennifer helped us go back and forth with our insurance company to make sure all damage was adequately covered. They did/contracted work on our roof, interior ceiling and wall, and repaired our fence. Jennifer always responded quickly and was a pleasure to work worth. It was super helpful that one company could address multiple issues - beyond just our roof. The did quality work, we could not be happier with our experience with them.

After doing quite a bit of research on roofing companies to repair my damaged roof and gutters, as well as paint the exterior of my home, I decided to go with Rebuild Texas. That was the best decision I could have made. From the start, Bradley Bayers was great to work with. Being very knowledgeable, he was able to guide my wife and I through the entire process and make this experience a very positive one. Any questions I had were answered very quickly, whether it was by phone, text or email. When it came time to do the work, Brad and his crew were great! I was referred to Rebuild Texas Roof from a very close friend that had his roof repaired due to hail damage, and after talking to Nick on the phone I knew immediately that this was the company to use. The crew arrived early yesterday morning and finished before nightfall. Nick and the crew were very professional, very courteous, and payed close attention to not to damage any of my flowers, yard, driveway or walkways and policed up the area below after they finished their work above. We have been living in an RV 400 miles away for 6 months waiting for our house in The Colony to sell, so of course, the offer we finally get coincided with the recent hail storms, and we had to replace the roof before we could close. Everyone was booked for weeks, but Josh at Rebuild Texas made us a top priority, and we had a new roof within 4 days of calling him. His crew worked from dawn to dusk (12 1/2 hours) to get the job done before the next storm blew through, and they also did an amazing job cleaning up when they were done. Five stars aren't enough to describe the level of service we received.

Although I have had some issues with my roof I am happy to say the company has stood by their warranty and has made considerable effort to resolve issues. Matt Netzel and Rebuild Texas Construction are truly a company who deliver what they promise. After a bad experience with a local roofer who ripped me off I had a hard time hiring another contractor but a leaky roof forced me to. Matt came and inspected my roof, listened to my input and formed a plan to work with my insurance company and now we have a brand new roof. Matt kept me informed and updated throughout the process start to end and was here while the work was being performed by their crew. Nick and the professional crew at Rebuild Texas Roofing did a excellent job replacing my roof. I was impressed that ,Nick stayed with his crew through out the insulation. He said he stayed to make sure my roof was done to his and my satisfaction. The crew did a good job cleaning-up, I doubt they missed a single nail. Nick also worked with my insurance adjuster so that I was reimbursed for my loss fairly. I can honestly say without Nick's help my insurance settlement would have been considerably less. In my opinion Rebuild Texas deserves a "5-STAR RATING"!

Jennifer and Rebuild Texas did an outstanding job of replacing my roof. My biggest concern in dealing with a roofer was to find one with honesty and integrity. They not only did everything they promised in a timely matter, but also videotaped the installation, so I could verify that everything was done properly. Too many neighbors went with the lowest bid they could find and really got burned by their contractors.

Andrew and Rebuild Texas did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. The roof looks fantastic and the clean-up after the job was done meticulously. Cody took care of our roof replacement before we moved out of our home to fulfill requirements of our inspection for the buyer. Great guy who was willing to explain every detail to us so that we understood the process with him as well as the insurance company.While searching for a new home, we came into an emergency situation where we needed a roofer to inspect a questionable roof the last day of the option period so we could make a final decision. Cody picked up our call on a Friday evening while on vacation with his family (if that doesn't scream commitment to his customers, I don't know what does) and scheduled a fellow roofer, Josh, to inspect the property first thing the next morning. Josh was absolutely invaluable-- he had knowledge on this specialty roof that other roofers before him knew nothing about and was very honest with us from the beginning. His advice alone saved us from making a huge mistake. I can't say enough kind words about Rebuild Texas roofing-- I've never been so impressed with a company's honesty and commitment to their customers!

Nick Rosheisen of ReBuild Texas was awesome to work with. From the minute he inspected our roof (I asked him to step across from the neighbor's ongoing roof job), he has been agreeable, responsive and attentive, flexible and price-conscious. And HE dealt with the insurance company! :DHe spent time helping us understand what our options were and what WE wanted. Followed up on additional email and phone questions. Then was on-site for the majority of the work! The crew was amazing and professional, too, but Nick takes the cake.The work was as scheduled, as promised, a great quality and a great price! We recently hired ReBuild Texas to replace our roof and rain gutters. They also renovated the exterior of the house. This included replacing old and damaged fascia, soffits, trim, siding, rebuilding a chimney housing, and re-painting the exterior.ALL of the work done was executed to perfection. All work was completed on schedule. All of the workers were friendly and respected our property. The cleanup was very thorough. PM Brian was very helpful and easy to work with. He answered all our questions and made sure we were always well informed. It was a real pleasure to work with him.We are very happy with the way this project turned out and absolutely recommend this company. Our thirty plus year old house now looks brand new!

Our home warranty company hired Rebuild Texas to assess a roof claim. Gage McQuade was a no show at our July 9 appointment. He came the next day and did an inspection. We didn't receive the report on this inspection until July 21. McQuade said he would submit his report to the warranty company on July 24. We kept calling and emailing asking when it was going to be submitted to our warranty company. On August 4, McQuade said it was taking so long because he was out of the office due to a positive COVID-19 test - which we would have never found out about if we hadn't have kept calling. On August 4th, McQuade said that our warranty company had denied the claim and that we could hire him directly. On August 17, our warranty company stated Rebuild Texas never submitted a claim and they never denied it. When our warranty company reached out to Rebuild Texas, a representative said they were unable to submit the report/claim due to issues with the website. This company lied to us.UPDATE: Belmont Roofing came out today, submitted the claim today, and the claim was approved by Home Choice Warranty today. Rebuild Texas misrepresented the eligibility of our claim.

When we decided to replace the roof, Rebuild Texas was one of many companies referred by our insurance agent. I decided to go with Rebuild Texas when Andrew Blacklock (Project manager) met me to discuss about the process. He is very professional and clearly explained the situation that I may/may not run into. He checked the attic and explain about a chance that my A/C pipe might get punctured since the gap is less than 6 inches. He was 90% sure that it will not happen, but he still let me know, so I decided to block it with a hard-plastic pad. After the work has been completed, he double checked the work detail. I am very satisfied with the work he delivered. He answered my questions clearly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to replace your roof. Ask for Andrew Blacklock, and you will never be disappointed.

Rebuild Texas Roofing replaced our roof about 3 years ago after a significant hail storm did its damage. They worked with our insurance company to help us get the most from insurance. Their crew did an excellent job, and the cleanup afterwards was immaculate.A few years later, a leak developed around our chimney, I called Josh from Rebuilt Texas, who came out to inspect almost immediately, and resealed the flashing at no charge. Josh suspected the chimney and recommended to have a chimney company inspect. As it turned out, the leak was not from the roof but indeed was from our chimney, and was subsequently repaired.I like the fact that Rebuild Texas stood by their work even a few years later, that they put the customer first, and that they are a local company who doesn't disappear after the initial roof job, as so many fly-by-night companies do.
