As a Marine and disabled veteran, attention to detail is part of my corps values. After a slab leak traveled through my home, sharing what matters to me about the care and attention Regent Restoration adds to what can be stressful life incidents - it’s rare air. Part 1of3 of my rating and review is necessary because my restoration is a process. From drying and preserving to inspections and adjusters, Regent prepared me before stress, not because of it. Their level of education met me where I was, and is keeping pace with my learned trust and expectations. While I’m expecting the best of my situation, acknowledging Regent as a rare team of caring individuals, with missions of possibility isn’t an exaggeration. People of consequence to me are Antony with a (T), giraffe like knowledge, he set the tone of straight talk. The A-Team brought dryers and preserving care to my home like they would their own homes. Ron, Marlon, Charles, and Isaiah, each crazy hard workers and super smart, showed me grace to avoid panic. Eddie is a real life macgyver period. Destinee’s team brought the most peaceful and calm pack out ever, not a small task and I’m sincerely grateful. And Jeff, Nathan, Kaylee and Tyler - I’m humbled, are showing me focused giants of character, real talk from start to ongoing. To be continued…

We had a hidden water leak for 6 weeks. Regent Restoration take a very good care about walls inner damage. They run different types of equipment to completely dry our house. Every day someone from company came to us and check drying process… I highly recommend this company if something happened in yours property. Thank you and job well done !

We had the most amazing experience with Regent Restoration!! From the first visit to the final walkthrough they were prompt, honest, reliable, and easy to work with. Their team made what was a scary time for first time homeowners in to a seamless process. We had a flood in our laundry room and they walked us through each step including explaining the insurance process, selection of materials, and repairs. They insured we understood each step and checked in on us as repairs were made to make sure we were happy. I cannot say enough positive things about Regent Restoration and would recommend them to anyone who asked. While no one wants an accident like a flood to happen, these are the people you want handling it if it does!

Can’t say enough great things about Regent Restoration (RR)! We had an upstairs bathroom leak which caused damage to several areas/rooms. Fortunately, our plumber came quickly and fixed the leak but the damage was done. He referred us to RR after he saw the extent of the water damage and guess what?? A technician with RR came out that same day! From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and informative. From Bret making sure things rolled smoothly on site to Kaylee helping a make sense of the process, the entire RR team made this experience an easy breezy one. This is actually our 2nd water damage experience in the last few years (1st was that terrible freeze in ‘21 that flooded our entire downstairs), and I wish I would have known of these good peeps back then. Hopefully our home/weather behaves itself but if we ever need a restoration company to come out, RR will be the first ones I call!

A little over a year ago, I had a huge water leak downstairs. Regent Restoration handled everything. Jeff was very hands-on. He kept in touch with me. He hired the contractors, and he also dealt with my homeowners insurance. I think the project was a little over $35,000. Everything was fulfilled and done beautifully but then a year later my floors I bought the loadable laminate floors they started buckling again in my kitchen. I tried working with the contractor, Randy, but he kept putting me off for three months. He would not show up for an appointment. Even though I was no longer under contract with Regent restoration, I called them and Jeff jumped right in. He came and inspected the flooring and had everything replaced. If it had not been for Jeff and his wonderful manager Anthony, this job would’ve never gotten done because the contractor did not respect or uphold the warranty. Jeff and Anthony get 100 stars each in my opinion. I highly recommend Regent Restoration!

Managing Commercial Properties, you can expect to have some surprises happen that need to be handled quickly ! When a pipe burst in multiple office spaces I needed a solution and I needed it immediately. I contacted Regent Restoration and they came out to my Fort Worth building within the hour. Upon arrival, the techs did not waste taking action. Not only did they provide excellent service, but answered all of my questions and suggested proactive measurements to help ensure the areas were going to be as good as new. They came back everyday to check on the equipment and do a survey of every office. Highly recommend them

Regent has been great to work with following discovery of a leak in my kitchen and laundry room which caused water damage and ultimately led to the discovery of asbestos in very old vinyl tile under the ceramic tile floor. Antony and the water mitigation crew arrived and remedied the water damage; Sergio and his leads, Matt and Jacob, and their crew followed and handled the abatement of the asbestos and removal of all flooriing over the next four days. Everyone involved has been professional, courteous, skilled in their trade and easy to work with. Thank you to everyone involved in this process. I look forward to working with Regent's resconstruction team in the next phase of restoring the damaged areas to a fully functioning kitchen and laundry room.

I had to tear back the floors in my sunroom after flooding. I am BEYOND relieved that Aaron didn’t find any damage or mold. I’m even more impressed with his honesty. I’m a new home owner that he easily could have sucked money from me and told me something was wrong. I respect him for being so honest. I will use him every time in the future as well as refer him to anyone I know 10/10. I called and he came out the same day. He was kind, patient, professional, and detail oriented. Mike Whittington is the best! He’s patient, kind , knowledgeable and very thorough with his workmanship. He came to redo my kitchen floors after the initial contractors who screwed them up were unresponsive. He didn’t quit until my floors were perfect! Definitely recommend!

Due to an unfortunate plumbing accident, Regent Restoration was called to my house for water damage restoration. They arrived the same afternoon and immediately began the drying and damage repair process. Moisture levels were monitored daily and even before all was dry, John Garcia proactively reached out to begin repairs. Mike W and Luis replaced carpet padding, patched drywall, painted and checked to make sure there was no longer a leak source to the area. I appreciated their thoroughness and willingness to address any questions I had during the process. Every Regent employee I spoke with was professional and gave the best customer service, which is rare and much appreciated!

This company did a great job after we had a water leak. They brought in big fans and dehumidifiers and it finally was dry. Mike came to put back the base boards and touch up. He was very diligent in his repairs and I cannot even see where there was damage. He took his time and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

Worked with regent after a water leak. It took them two weeks to "dry out" my floors. Then they said it could not be dried and had to be pulled up. The demo team initially only tore up part of the floor. Then came back to do the rest, but did not properly process with insurance, so now I have to pay for new tile in the bathroom. The demo team got saw dust all over everything. They did not put any plastic anywhere to cover up carpets, books furniture. The packout team did a terrible job packing up my stuff. They had to come back a second time because the teams do not talk. I planned for them to do the reconstruction, but they failed to provide any kind of plan. I ended up with a ripped up floor and had to find a contractor. Overall a terrible experience during a terrible time. Talking to other people in my hotel, you are better off with serve pro. Recommend you find a contractor different from the mitigation company every time. This was certainly a learning experience. Good luck!

I have been using Regent restoration for six years now I use them when I was a plumber and would refer them to my customers and always had a great experience and so did my customers. I own my own plumbing business now Workman Plumbing based out of Dallas and continue to use Regent to refer to my customers whenever they have restoration work that is needed and I can’t speak more highly about them from there. Initial conversation to follow through to customer interaction with my customer which is incredibly important to me. It is always done well and professional. I have always dealt with Michael Shiflett, he has made me feel valued as a customer, and has always done business the right way, and has taken care of the customer. We had a slab leak, which required part of a wall in the living room to be cut out to access plumbing behind it. Mike W. did a great job patching it back up. He was meticulous, even fixed work that had been done by another company. We were very pleased with work done by Mike.

My experience: Did not provide estimates prior to work after repeatedly asking before they started work.They charged us for when they came out to assess the situation. There company advertises complimentary estimate.They advertised as if they were going to fix things, not a water mitigation company. Solicited us &charged us $300+ dollars for calling them back. In addition, they just wanted a signature to start work but it was really to deal with the insurance company after we told them that we were not going to meet our deductible so there was no need. They stated they only deal with the insurance company. They set up 4-6 fans &took the small space floor up just to send the insurance and estimate of $4700.Charged for visits& at least 3 days of the visits were less than 10 minutes but they charged 2 hours for the day. We did not see the itemized charges until the insurance company was deliberating. We were shocked by the charges on there.that did not include restore. When the insurance company let us know what they submitted& it did not include restoring, that is when we found out they were only submitting for water mitigation. We originally estimated what we would have to pay because the original worker told us how much each fan cost when we were talking to him about his job because they refused to give an estimate once again.They asked who we were insured by. We told them it didn't matter because we know we wouldn't reach our deductible because of the small space,&because we were estimating costs by the conversation of the prior person. Last day, wanted us to sign a document job is complete after picking the fans up& I would not because I said the job was not complete, thinking they would come back and fix it. They were not looking to follow up at all. The tablet had no words on it but wanted a signature & wanted another signature to come back and restore. Is the job complete. NO. RESTORED, no attempt. Added 4.17.24 So a guy named Chris called because of my reviews, he attempted to bait me in a combative conversation, he said he was offended by me, &raised his voice multiple times. He stated he could not deal with me because I said "uh huh" claiming he was offended without hearing what I wanted- which was to review the charges. He tried to create a combative situation so he can have cause to hang up in his mind. I had to de-escalate him on the call several times. After reviewing a portion of the charges on one day he calculated a technician there for 45 minutes and that it was not there business to charge 2 hours; however, "Shelly" selects that when there are no notes.For 3 days had not even stayed 10 minutes per visit but charging 2 hours. Megan stated they charge for the time to write notes to the insurance company. I have not seen any particular notes she is referring to that would take that amount of time. Those 3 days they just checked on the fans. After Chris stated he would review the bill. Passed it to Megan Ridenour who had not cared to investigate my concerns though she had time& was aware of a meeting with them. She did not follow through in treating the customer with concerns about the billing seriously& was dismissive. They seemingly accused me of insurance fraud by texting insurance fraud information. Upon their request, to resubmit the bill to ins. company, I concurred then they they would not. They blocked my review on (FB) social media- both my husband & I. Erased & seemingly spammed my husbands Google review about the unprofessional, unprovoked treatment I received from Chris which came off racist. In addition, violating our free speech and the Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016 which is to ensure transparency in consumer-business interactions that customers have experienced. They are also using& have used intimidation tactics because of bad reviews. I experienced it and another customer as well. Any review after this in the next days, I would not trust coming from an actual customer. They are just trying to get their review stars up. They will probably spam this as well.

I had a leak under my vanity sink and I was afraid it was mold when I saw a dark stain. I called Regent Restoration and Mr. Anthony Ramirez was sent that afternoon. He did his testing for mold and I was so happy his results showed I didn't have mold problems.Mr. Ramirez went above and beyond to ensure to test for mold. He was very professional and honest. If I ever need restoration services, he is the first one I will call.Thank you so much Mr. Ramirez and Regent Restoration.

Regent was a blessing!! After a house fire we had an inexperienced, one man in a van type of contractor quit before he ever did any work. Tim was amazing not only did he clean up the mess left behind he also put together a group of great contractors to restore my home! Best of all was Lachel!! Very great person, she always had an answer if not she found the answer, she made sure I was happy with everything going on, all around I would recommend Regent Restoration to any one they are truly an amazing company and truly do their best to please customer!! They did amazing!!

I had a foundation slab leak at home, and was referred to Regent restoration by my Plumber. Antony was at my home in about two hours, and by the end of the day, we had a plan in place to complete needed demo and restoration. The leak occurred early in December, and even through a busy holiday season, communication never stopped, and I had continuous follow up, particularly from Kaylee and JR. Regent did everything from arranging my pack out and storage, all needed demolition, new flooring, baseboards, and painting. I had a very small punchlist when I moved back in, and JR made sure everything on it was taken care of very quickly. I even had a minor electrical issue, and even though my invoice was fully paid, Kaylee continued to follow up and confirm that the work was complete.Overall, Regent made a potentially very stressful situation much smoother than I could have anticipated.

Lachel was suberb in helping us set up and coordinate everything we needed to get someone to our house when we had our roof and dining room kitchen ceiling cave in and water was coming into the property. She was concerned for us, very efficient and very professional. She was always available. She's an asset to your company.. we live in Flower Mound Texas.
