Luis Chavez from Excel Construction is dedicated to making sure that the job was done. Very pleased with the crew that replaced the roof as the also did an amazing job picking up after themselves. Yard was very clean professionalism. And considering all of the nails that must’ve been put to use and all of the work it takes to redo a roof, things were left in amazingly clean order once everything was done. Honest, Professional, Quality Roofing Services.I love my experience working with Excel Construction Group in West Fort Worth. Honestly! there were many roofers that came into my neighborhood due to the last storm but none of them convenced me at that time. Excel construction was referred to me though a family member. Samuel Reynolds was our guy, he reached out back pretty quick and gave us a good report of the overall damage in our home. Just by talking with him you know immediately that is someone you can trust and definitely represents the company well. Samuel answered every question we had and immediately felt like he would exceeded our expectations. We'll I wasn't wrong! Samuel was very honest, upfront, walked me through the entire process and break it down (dumbed down) for us. When we agreed going with this company, I cannot day enough how happy we were with them. They provided us with a great quality work, he supervised the entire time and was monitoring the crew work every step of the way. Samuel also kept us informed throughout the entire process, and we felt pretty satisfied with the work we received. I highly recommend Samuel and this company for any kind of home project needed. I would definitely recommend this company. As with any large project, there were a few hiccups along the way. For reference, my house is 2 stories with extremely sharp inclines and 3400 sqft. The true testament of a great company is the ability to quickly and efficiently handle those hiccups and recover, and Excel Construction Group did. The company was very responsive and had me on the schedule and completed with insurance and a full roof replacement within a week. They were very thorough and transparent, and made sure that I was good with every detail of the replacement before leaving my property as well. If you need any repairs to your home they should definitely be your first call.

I was blessed to meet Mike Martinez four months after a wind and hail storm. I just thought the fence had pushed over a little bit. After a thorough inspection of my property it was determined I needed my roof and gutters replaced along with the fence repair. The process was explained clearly and professionally. Honest and Professional Services. We called Jakob Becker to come inspect our roof after a hail storm and he was very honest and upfront. He was very thorough in the contract signing and working with our adjuster to overseeing all the various crews (fence & pergolas, windows, roof, gutters, garages, etc.) that went into completing the job. He's always respectful, patiently explain in details about the repair processes, took care of the claims in time, and coordinate with different repair services to get the work done effectively.I switched to Excel from another popular roofing company in north Dallas. During the roofing replacement, rotten wood was uncovered under singles at the corner connecting to gutter 20+ feet above the ground. Excel replaced the wood and made sure it's installed properly. Samuel came out to check out my roof given the recent hail storm. He went above and beyond even though there wasn’t hardly any damage. Super friendly. He went over small impacts on the roof that didn’t cause structural damage and was very thorough in explaining their process. All this while knowing my roof probably wasn’t going to be replaced through their company because it was still in good shape. Top notch customer service right there!
