Our rental property got flooded due to a broken pipe and it was a mess. Sage team came to the site ASAP and helped dry out the entire house. They also dealt everything with my insurance and kept constant communication with me during the entire process. Once the Insurance approved the claim, they finished the entire work in less than 5 days (Replaced drywall , the entire house carpet, wood floors, repainted kitchen cabinets). Sage has very skilled workers. I appreciate them for making it easy for my tenant and myself. Will recommend TEAM Clay and Aveli for the anyone who is looking for any quality construction work done.

Avoid this “company” at all costs. Clay Lockley is a thief, liar, and master manipulator. His “project manager” (Tyler Belt at the time) will make you believe they are “throwing” in something for free just for your business. In actuality, they are lying and just moving money from a critical part of your roofing system to cover the cost of some useless, cheap leaf guards. Once the roof fails (and it did), scumbag Clay will point out that money was moved around…EVEN THOUGH WE WERE PAYING FOR A COMPLETE NEW ROOF! The battle has just begun. The attorney has been hired! Game on!!!!In response to the owner. Sir, you are factually incorrect (and I have 100% proof); however, everything will be taken care of with due process. Have a good day!

Per Comment on Courtney Clark’s Review! As my review stands, absolutely terrible! How Tyler handled the situation, showing up 6 times in 2 month job trying too make changes but didn’t want too pay the money, a run around but crazy i thought the owner was bigger and better but he’s the exact same! So i will allow photos of messages and work too prove your response of “quality of work so was removed” I’m the business owner, and still owe me 15,000$! So let’s try the “disgruntled contractor for poor quality” when messages don’t lie from the GC, Tyler Belt himself it was completed!

Came out for a roof inspection 6 weeks ago and never sent me the report from the inspection. Even after calling and sending a follow up email. Now I have water in my house. Sage roofing was very professional and did an amazing job. We had to get our roof replaced due to the hailstorms in Prosper last year and I was dreading it. Jay Staley was the project manager and he was terrific. The job was done great and they completed the roof in an extremely fast manner. They had their crew out there early in the morning and by the end of the day everything was cleaned up and you would never even know they had been there and that the roof was replaced besides the difference in quality. Sage came out & handled all of the claims process regarding my roof and other property that was damaged. . The crew was so fast (3895 square foot home done in 1 day) & super clean during the entire project & until the job was complete! I highly suggest and strongly encourage everyone who’s been affected from the storms to contact Brittani Tilley. She was thorough, easy to reach, & such a pleasure to work with. When I got hail damage on my roof, Taylor Voskuil helped out our family quickly. He personally came out with the insurance agent to make sure I got the best roof. We were very anxious about finding a roofing company after the severe hail storm hit our neighborhood. Immediately when we interviewed JT with Sage, we felt a lot more at ease. In March of 2014, we hired Sage Roofing to install a new roof and it has leaked in multiple places on different occasions since the installation. The first time was immediately after the first rain of the installation. Each time it leaks, they check our roof and claim that it has Hail Damage. They advised us to contact our insurance company and we did. We had to file a claim to have our insurance company survey the roof. The insurance company arrived and did not discover any Hail Damage. I explained to our insurance company that the roofing company(Sage Roofing) that they referred us to says that there is Hail Damage. Therefore the insurance adjuster came a second time a week later and scheduled Sage Roofing to survey the roof with them. Sage roofing agreed that there was no Hail Damage and they would properly seal the pipe flashing where the leak was. Since then, we have not experienced any leaks within that area of our roof. Recently the crevice on the roof over our office leaked obviously through our drywall on 03/28/18 during a heavy rain fall. On 03/28/18, I called Sage Roofing to inform them of the recent leak. Their representative Brittani Tilley came to our residence and stated that the leak was due to Hail Damage. I disagree because there has not been any hail storms from August of 2017 until then. She claims that everyone who surveyed the roof must have missed it, including their own representative. They refuse to seal and repair the valley and crevice that is leaking on the roof unless I file my third claim of Hail Damage in four years since they installed the roof. The valleys and crevices on our roof were not protected with multiple layers to prevent water from damaging the security of our roof. I have lived in numerous homes for a long period of time in my numerous years of life and have never experienced any roof leaks. The home that we currently live in was built in 2004 and never had any leaks until Sage Roofing replaced the roof in 2014. Now we have experienced multiple leaks within a four year period. The substandard roof is destroying our home and needs to be attended to prior to further damage. They provided us a Lifetime Warranty on our roof and refuse to take responsibility within the first four years of installation. We now have drywall that needs to be inspected for mold, repaired and painted. Our entire home is being ruined due to numerous new leaks appearing on a monthly basis from roof crevices and roof pipe jacks not being sealed properly. Sage Roofing refuses to honor their Lifetime Warranty.I would highly recommend that you review their Better Business Bureau Complaints prior to hiring them. They have a total of nine, which is rare to have that many for a roofing company. Take the time to compare their complaints to other roofing companies.
