This was a great experience from start to finish!!! This was a claim and STH made it seamless for me since I had never filed a claim in my life. They actually talked me through the process and helped me along the way. The roofing technicians were professional and were very clean. My husband and I found Lenon through the NextDoor App after a summer hail storm came through the week of our wedding, tearing down half of our fence and annihilating our roof. We are first time homeowners, so we were unsure of the next step, but thankfully had insurance. I gave Lenon a call just to meet him, ask him a few questions, and work up an estimate. He was prompt, professional, and gave such a personal touch! Through the process, Lenon and his crew worked through the details for us leaving us without any stresses or hesitation as to what was going on. Worst experience ever. Leaking Skylights, shingles not molded, flashing refurbished and not replaced by "contracted crew", shingle color didn't even match. Fly by night roofing company that is owned by aspiring "Oil man" who is just a Landman with aspirations. Will speak a big "Christian" game to win your approval after the salesman is fired. Does not return phone calls after check has been cashed. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
