Andrea and the TBF&P crew have been great to work with! They demoed an old deck and pergola, replaced it with a new stamped and stained patio, pergola, and stained the fence. They did an awesome job and the new patio turned out better than expected. We sought estimates from a few companies and Chris Hudson from Texas Best was very thorough and professional when assessing our needs and providing an estimate. It was more than a year later when we contacted them again to refresh the estimate and get started on our project.Chris managed the entire process from start to finish and kept us up to date very step of the way.We had a Board on Board fence installed as well as a PolyGal install on a portion of our Pergola. We ran into some issues with the city permit and Chris helped us manage the entire process, including revising the estimate based on city feedback, while maintaining the original schedule.There were several crews that came and went to complete the work and all were professional and courteous. The best was their stain guy that stained our Pergola. He did a super good job of covering everything and then coming back to finish touch ups a few days later.As with any project of this size, there were some issues along the way, but they were always addressed promptly and to our satisfaction.Highly recommend Texas Best Fence and Patio.

We’re very pleased with the service that Texas Best Fence & Patio provided. We needed a small gate around the pool for our pugs.Originally I called five fencing companies. Texas Best and one other company called me back. Sean was able to to come in person to give us a quote within a couple of days. He got back to me with a quote the same day that he looked at the pool.Sean was able to answer any questions I had. Our project was an existing 27 ft cedar carport, 8 ft high at the lowest point. We needed to raise the 3000 lb. cover to 12 feet high to accommodate a travel trailer. There were very few companies that would even offer a bid on this due to the complexity. Once started, we did run into a couple of snags. However, the group made some plan revisions, and completed the project doing a beautiful job in a timely manner. This was a complicated project to say the least, and we are thrilled with the outcome. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of all involved, especially when obstacles arose, which often happens with construction. So many places will just walk away and leave you with a mess when challenges arise, but Texas Best remained committed to us and the project, and we couldn't be more pleased. We would especially like to mention our primary contact person - the individual who sold us on using the company. Her name is Andrea Patey, and I can't say enough great things about her. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable about construction, she made sure we were kept informed every step of the way. She answered every phone call, responded to every text - we never had to wonder about the status of our project. She was excellent to work with, and truly is an asset to the company. We are extremely happy we used Texas Best Fence & Patio for this challenging project - they are highly skilled, professional, and importantly - reliable. We would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be using them again in the future.

After reading other reviews and looking at the company website, we contacted Texas Best Fence & Patio for an estimate to replace an old wooden fence. Once I met with Andrea (Project Manager), I didn't feel the need to shop around. She was able to stop by earlier than expected, was professional, seemed knowledgeable & very courteous. She indicated that it would take 4-5 weeks to get materials, a permit, & on the schedule & she timed it perfectly. Contract signed 9/13/21 & installation complete 10/16/21. It took two guys 1.5 days to get the job done & they did a fantastic job. They were also polite & very respectful of our property. From initial scheduling to project completion, I was very pleased with the overall experience & professionalism. Andrea and her construction team of Brian and Eddie did an excellent job in removal and replacement of a 30 yeard old rotted wooden deck. They inspected and saved the good substructure and replaced all rotted wood with Japanese cedar boards. Like the construction on my previous fence repair progects, their skill and professionalism continues to be unmatched. My experience was just okay with our concrete addition to our patio. The actual concrete and current use of it has zero issues, however it was rather challenging in term of receiving proper communication. We had no clue when certain crews were to show up. The day we were told the concrete was going to be poured no one showed up. The crew left trash, cigarette buds, a rake, and a pile of nails sitting on the window seal. Our contact was extremely kind and apologetic, but I’m unsure if we will use them for future projects.

Well constructed!Due to the above-average rain in spring, there was a delay in getting it scheduled, but once it was, the work went quickly.The service was top notch, with Greg Sain, the PM, keeping us well-informed of important updates, and making sure to clearly communicate options. We purchased Japanese cedar, board on board, boxed in posts, 7 ft tall fence, with an automatic gate. Well, we reviewed multiple contractors for the job, TBF (Texas Best Fence) was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. But what was the deciding factor was the reviews I had read about Kimbra and I could not be happier with our decision to go with TBF. I will start with Kimbra, she absolutely loves what she does. She was patient as we changed our minds multiple times in deciding exactly what we wanted. She kept us informed every step through the process, with the rain and city changing our plans it was not an easy job, but she got it done.Kevin is a trooper and an artist, he built both our fence and patio mainly by himself. He was attentive in our needs, always on time, asked for our opinions during the construction phase and the completed product was beautiful. At first I was bit concerned to see just one worker doing all the work and I was looking for errors, but Kevin did it. He enjoys working alone and does fantastic work. Thanks Kevin.Will stained our patio he spent the extra time to explain the process to us, how often we should have the fence and patio re-stained to protect our investment. As a DIY guy I was planning on doing it myself, but Will set me straight concerning the process and warranty, thanks Will.Metroplex Concrete did our flooring and it turned our wonderfully, a 10 inch slab over 234 sqft and my wife loves it, all I need to say.Quincy put in our electric for the patio, he was patient with my son as he asked 1001 questions about everything he did.
