US Prime Roofing did an amazing job in handling my insurance claim. My home's exterior got a complete makeover! We got a new black roof, gutters with leaf screens, garage door, chimney cap, and fence replacement, along with the soffit and fascia being repainted - with everything covered by insurance due to damage from the storm.It completely transformed the look of my house.The team's attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. They made the whole process smooth and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I greatly appreciate Jay coming out for an inspection and being completely honest and up front! The leak that we had was from wind blowing rain in through a vent in our roof. They helped me work with my insurance company to ensure the least amount of $ was coming out of my pocket for the repair. Great work! Fixed my shingles on my ridge line. Many heavy rains and high winds later not a single leak or missing shingle!
