Having two roofs replaced in consecutive years it was refreshing to see how how much more detail Charles at ValleyJax put into his work and customer service than the company I used prior. Upon the initial estimate and walk through with the insurance adjuster every detail on the estimate was explained. During the actual installation I was amazed by the steps the crew took to protect any landscaping and other parts of my home. All the little details and extra steps that the crew took blew me away. In addition to the roof being replaced my pergola and fence were also repaired and stained to better than original condition. When work was complete the area was cleaned up and in pristine shape . Charles himself even walked the property with a magnet to pick up any nails the crew may have missed. When the process was about to be wrapped up Charles did a final walk though with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. ValleyJax couldn’t have done any better making the claim and repair process any more simple and easy. There’s no doubt Charles at ValleyJax will be the first place I call if I ever find myself in the same situation needing any roof or home repairs.

Charles is awesome! Nice, responsive and professional! He always keep you updated for any changes, and double check making sure each piece of work get completed in the right way. Himself apparently is an expert on all the related fields, roof, fence, window, gutter...... always have a good idea for any question! Really appreciate his GREAT WORK!

Great work! When we had storm damage, they helped us with way more than just roof damage. They were able to help with everything from fence repair, ceiling leaks, tree damage and much more. They were available to walk the property with the insurance adjuster and get the most for our money. Really happy with their service.
