Jon Townsend, Accent’s owner, clearly described to us the specifics of how his crew would replace our roof. After the delivery of the replacement shingles Monday, the crew started work at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday. After removing the existing roofing material, the CertainTeed Climate Flex dimensional shingles were installed. Tarps were strung everywhere to collect debris from the roof which was hauled away. By 4:30 p.m., the new roof was installed; cleanup was complete and the job was concluded.We were very happy with Accent Roofing’s work. Accent roofing replace all my rentals roofs for the last 30 years. Their prices are reasonable with good workmanship. Whenever there is hail in town, many out of town contractors come to Austin to seek business with their flashy websites. They would leave town, shut down their web sites after completion of their jobs and won't honor their warranty. I highly recommend John who is honest and keep his promises.

She needed some help with the process, so I got three bids, then oversaw the reroofing process. Accent’s pricing was good, but they also had a good track record with the local realtor who referred them to us, and that was the deciding factor.Jon Townsend says most of his crew has been with him more than a decade. I believe him. Their professionalism was obvious. Roof shingles were in neat rows, new roof vents were well-painted, and the work around the edges of the roof was immaculate. This included replacing the boards running along the outside of her custom made porch, which had rotted away over time.My mother-in-law had one small concern and they addressed it immediately, so she is completely satisfied.
