Oscar and his team recently finished up a complete exterior remodel for us including demo, insulation, siding and trim, windows, porch rebuild, gutters, paint, and roof! From beginning to end, we were completely satisfied. I was most impressed with: 1. Oscar’s conscientious work up front putting together an accurate quote, sourcing of materials (in our current short-supply market), and having materials on hand prior to starting any work. 2. Oscar never asked for an installment/payment without having first completing that portion of the work. That’s a true sign of excellent business acumen! 3. The work itself is absolute quality with quality materials.In all honesty, Oscar overdelivered on his commitments and we couldn’t be more pleased. We still have work to do to make this house our home and will definitely be calling on Oscar for all future projects. I needed to get my roof replaced and requested quotes from 5 contractors. Three companies only wanted to do insurance claims and one said they would come by to give a quote but never did. Oscar with Texas Select roofing came by to give us a quote, and same day talked about what he saw. Once Oscar had the quote ready, he came to show us our options, and discussed roof color options also. His quote was great, the workers were perfect, and the workers even made sure we stayed safe while they were working. They did this by making sure everyone had shoes on until they cleaned up and made sure to check grade before dropping anything. The attention to safety, cleaning up afterwards, and the final inspection by Oscar when the roof was done is why I gave 5 stars.

Having your roof replaced is a big deal. It can be expensive and time consuming. But Oscar was so generous with his time and knowledge, answering all my questions so I could make an informed decision. His crew was amazing and got the entire roof done in a single day, even fixing a problem that was the fault of the previous homeowner, and never complained once. I would love to say that I will use them again, but considering the quality of the materials and workmanship, I doubt I'll need another roof in my lifetime. He stated he did not like the look of it from the pictures he received. So glad to have been given Oscar's name. We had several decking and flashing issues with 16 year old roof. After they removed the old roof, Oscar personally led the deck repairs and installation of proper flashing. When the material was delivered, the driver told us these we got the best shingles you can buy, Landmark 30 year. Fewer packs per skid because they weigh more than the standard. The yard was covered in tarps, so no debris went into our lawn. We had a higher bid from a group that did not even mention these better shingles. Highly recommended this group. Got a hold of Oscar he came out looked job over then set up a very informative display on the products and so on, we scheduled a date, of course our first date was rained out....Oscar set up on a Monday @ 0730, that Monday morning roughly 0600 he texted to tell me to his projected arrival time.... my motion sensor chirped looked out it was Oscar with a material truck following him...checked clock 0730 SHARP! His crew showed about 0740 by 0800 the roof replacement had started.....By 1730 they were 100% cleaned up and pulling out of my driveway.... the house is a 2500 sq ft house them fellas were swinging some hammers,March 8th it rained first time called Oscar at 0730 with a small issue, left voicemail, 10 mins he called right back and was handling the issue within an hour...... this company has one hell of a work ethic, I would say put them on your roof without reservation they can handle it..... even the crew was polite, pleasant, good attitude all and all his price was very fair and him and his crew are rockstars.
