I had a leak but wasn't sure of source. I spoke with Steve, who was very helpful in providing clarity regarding possible causes. He sent a team out the day following my initial call to perform the inspection and they were able to complete the repairs same day. Repair was reasonable priced and both Steve and Ramiro gave continuous, thorough updates on status of repair. Additionally, Steve provided numerous before and after photos. The back siding of our chimney was blown off during a storm and we needed the repair done quickly before it rained again. My cousin recommended this company and they did not disappoint. They came out, communicated the necessary repairs with my husband and I and got the job done quickly. They are very professional - from providing photos of repairs needed in addition to the chimney, drawing up the documents for work to be completed and the workers are pleasant. Inquired about a possible roof repair on Friday. Spoke to Steve who was very professional and said he would take care of us. Completed a free estimate on Saturday; told me the exact problem and what it would take to fix the issue. Wasn’t home but my wife said the inspector Ramiro was very kind and wasted no time. Agreed to the estimate and Ramiro came back Sunday morning to get the repair done! Took pictures and explained to us what he did. Delivered a solution to my problem in a weekend. I had my roof repaired after a leak during the torrential rain this past weekend. I called Steve and asked them to come out ASAP. The leak was small and only occurred when it was actively raining. They came the next day it didn't rain - so it would be safe to get on the roof - and found the culprit was a satellite dish that had been removed & patched over a long time ago. The patch had started to deteriorate, which was causing the water to leak into my attic & down the wall in my living room. They gave me a quote within a few minutes, and allowed me a day to think about it. I accepted. They came out the day & time I wanted, and fixed it within just a couple hours. I expressed my concern at how I wasn't able to "test" the fix until it rained next... They let me withhold payment until the next time it rained. And yay, it didn't leak!
