We purchased a home and seller agreed to pay for certain roof repairs. Pretty much everyone said the repairs were done and a receipt was provided showing it was paid. Fortenberry roofing kept reaching out, asking when they could complete the repair... At which point, we reminded them that the roof was already repaired & provided a paid receipt by the seller. The manager reached out, informing us that while the repair had been paid for it has not been completed yet and they wanted to know when they could go out and get it done! We are thankful for their persistence and their integrity! You can bet that when the entire roof needs to be replaced, they will be the ones we call! Great customer service is very valuable!

Amazing customer service! They were able to repair a problem I had for many years and other roofers couldn't find the problem. Then yesterday the wind caught a piece of trim and they were able to come out that day and repair it. It is great to have Fortenberry as my roofer.

Great service. Miguel gave thorough inspection and took multiple pictures to show me the damages. He provided multiple ways to get things fixed, did not pressure me to get something I don't need at the moment. After the job is completed, the office sent comparison pictures to show the previous damages and how they look after fixing.

Fortenberry Roofing vacuumed out my attic, sealed it 100% and installed new insulation. House now feels 1000 times more comfortable, and my bill went down. Leo and Jesse were very professional. They took their time to explain to me how the whole process was going to be.

Very pleased with Fortenberry for what they did on a relatively small job on our roof. Mike Saldana was amazing and very courteous. He explained what he was doing and why. When the first repair didn't fix our problem, Mike came back as soon as he could, identified the problem area and fixed it again at no extra cost. We would definitely use Fortenberry again and highly recommend them.

We had a positive experience with Fortenberry Roofing out of Littlefield TX.We found out that the flashing was leaking around our chimney. We called Fortenberry and they came out to look right away. They gave us a reasonable estimate. They also looked for hail damage but determined it wasn't enough to replace the whole roof so they suggested replacing the few damaged shingles. They said it would be a couple of weeks out before they could work on the repairs. Surprisingly we received a call about a week after we signed the contract that they had time to come out that afternoon to make the repairs. They completed the repairs that day and cleaned up after themselves. We haven't had much rain since then but so far we are very happy with the repairs. We plan on contracting them to install gutters after we have finished replacing the siding on our house. We recommend them to everyone.

Had a great experience with this company! They had previously installed gutters for my home and when we received strong winds recently, part of the roof seam blew off. I was thinking I may need a new roof with recent hail storms but was told the roof was good and just needed to fix the wind damage. Mike called to let me know he was on the way and was on time, fixed the damage to the roof and everything was superb! Thanks for making this such a great experience!

We had some wind damage to our roof and attic fan vent pipe cover. I called Fortenberry, they responded quickly, came out to inspect within 48hours of the phone call and came out only days later to make repairs. All repairs look amazing, Jesse even obtained a black vent cover to match our roof. Jesse went above and beyond usual service. He was very informative and did a great job. These guys put on a new roof and exterior on our house and storage building a couple of years ago. They came to us and let us take our time to choose materials and colors. Mr. Fortenberry met with us to make sure everything was how we wanted it. The work was done in a timely manner. They have come back every year to inspect the roof and exterior. We did have some buckling this year on the roof. They repaired it free of charge. Quality materials. Quality work.

This year’s wind has been horrible. Had 4 or 5 shingles blow off the corner of my house. With rain in the forecast, Michael Saldana from Fortenberry Roofing expedited the repairs preventing future water damage. Roof was fixed within one day of my call in. Michael was very professional and very knowledgeable. He educated me on the situation and did excellent repair work at a time that was convenient for me (but before the rain). 5 stars all around from this happy customer.

Very satisfied. We only had some repair done on our wood shingle roof but felt they were very honest about what we needed. They showed us pictures of what needed to be done and after they repaired and replaced they showed us the pictures. Would recommend them.

Puzzling how this company has A Plus rating with Better Business Bureau. After paying over $9000 for a roof I requested he replace a clear silicone product on an eave that was removed by roofers. He denied it was there and refused to replace. The material they removed would have cost him $15-20 to replace and leave me happy but he chose to argue and insist I didn’t know what I was talking about.
