Wow, this company is amazing! If you’re looking for a roofer that is honest and does exactly what they say they’re going to do with a good and fair price, this is the one! Andy was extremely thorough from the initial visit inspecting the roof for potential insurance claims to the delivery of the materials to the actual work and clean up afterwards. He explained everything thoroughly what they were proposing to do, any potential extras and went above and beyond with replacing rotten facia board and inspecting supports in the attic that I thought might need attention. At the end of the job, he told me to call him if there was a problem or if I needed absolutely anything. This kind of customer service is a missing art form. I have no doubt in my mind if anything were to come up that needed addressing that he would answer my call or call me back right away and handle it. I work with a ton of contractors in my job and Andy, Joel (his project manager) and his entire crew were extremely impressive! The new roof looks perfect and there was not one nail that I could find in the yard afterwards. Now that the job has been completed, I have no doubt in my mind that all the other Google reviews are legit and he is the real deal. Just an absolute genuine, authentic, great person and family man who handles business the right way. I rarely do online reviews but when you find someone that’s this good you have to let others know. Andrew personally came to inspect my roof, was patient with me and my first time homeowner questions, and kept me updated every step of the way. He has a great depth of knowledge and breadth of experience, and his willingness to share this with his clients to ensure they have everything they need tells me that he isn't in this business JUST for the money. I found his insight about finding and ensuring the best insurance coverage, as well as his suggested 'next steps' after a roof replacement, especially helpful as a new homeowner. I also appreciated him providing periodic updates and checking in, even after the job was done. While his price was not the lowest quote I received for the project, I would 100% select Andrew and Arocha Enterprise over other businesses if I had to do it again - my peace of mind and knowing there was someone I trust leading and working on such an important project was absolutely worth paying the extra money. The friendly knowledgeable contractor was a breeze to deal with explaining everything at each step of the process and always available to answer any questions never rushed me off the phone or made me feel like was only in it for the money. My insurance company didn’t want to cover all the repairs needed but because of his experience and knowledge in this business Andrew was able to prove to the insurance company of the repairs we truly needed and we got all repairs done. They showed up on time and finished job early the last day, but waited until I was able to get away from other obligations until leaving my property to ensure I was satisfied with the service. Seeing my new roof with no sagging when I come home each day makes me very happy! Andrew was able to work with insurance and get them to cover the whole roof replacement since it was in bad shape. He did an excellent job explaining the process to my wife and I and he handled everything!

I had windstorm damage to my roof and hired this company for my repairs. After the work was done I was very pleased with the work. Andrew the owner of the company worked with my insurance company to make it all happen. Some supplements had to be added because until the shingles comes off you don’t know what kinds of repairs will be needed. Example, the inspector came out to inspect the plywood on top of the roof and from the time I had my roof done my plywood was not up to code so a thicker plywood had to be added which meant more cost to what the insurance allocated for and so a supplement had to be added for approval in oder to pass inspection. The job was supposed to be one day but the unexpected upgrade of the roof decking by the Windstorm Inspector added a second day. I have an old saying, I am as happy as a frog on a log with a fly in its mouth! From the initial visit, explaining the insurance estimate breakdown, signing the contract and to the final payment, I was very pleased with this company from beginning to end. The Bible says, Psalms 146:“3. Do not put your trust in princes, in mortal men, who cannot save.” It’s hard to trust these days and I was blessed to find a company with trustworthiness. You know your roof is awesome when you get home and your neighbors are praising it.
