For anyone wanting a very recent review of this company!My mother's house flooded some how, never really figured out where all the water came from. Floodout Restoration was hired to reclaim her house. The work has been completed for some time now with the company hounding my sister for the remainder of the insurance money.My mother's house is just as floodout left it as completed.If you want to see first hand of the quality of work done by this so called restoration company you are welcome to come by and I will let anyone see my mother's house for themselves. Our den was flooded this past Sunday after the heavy rain.This was the first time we had ever had a house flood. We called Flood Out Restoration in Longview. They came right away and began assisting our problem and immediately began placingfans and a dehumidifier in that room. Excellent service and highly recommend. Sewer backed up into my bathroom, and city maintance called Flood Our Restoration. Flood Out called me within 10 min., gave me a time of arrival, and showed up on time. They had the equipment needed to remove water from floor and carpet as well as help with the germs and smell. They sprayed disinfective on wet area and also sprayed disinfective in areas of house that smelled of sewer. They gave me a disinfective to add to the load of towel I used to try to control the waste water. They left a large dehumidifier to clear the humidty from the bathroom and bedroom. Then they followed up on Monday to see if I still had problems. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that went above and beyond helping me out with my problem.

These guys are Amazing. They were on top of the reconstruction and the original flooding of our laundry room. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! The attention to detail, the fixing of small minor things that I didn’t even notice, everything. We had contract work down on a separate flooding incident the year before… and man these guys made my laundry look better than the rest of my house! Super impressed and will use them again if ever needed (hopefully not through insurance and damage reasons!)

Excellent job! They really saved us when our fridge line leaked. They came the same day we called and checked back everyday the equipment was running. Their communication was professional and they were courteous and accommodating the whole time. Would definitely recommend.

A lot of the reviews were raving and then somewhere I read the "bad ones" but still chose to give them a try ; they couldn't give a time-frame, never showed up to the site on the day THEY picked, rude and short on the phone. Neighbors can't believe the service I got with this company and you need to believe all the bad reviews because it happened to me. Never cleaned/sanitized after days of telling me it would be done, nothing promised was ever completed and they tried to push insurance to pay out more and more but have me compromise for what the place needed so they could keep more of the insurance payout.If you love your place DO NOT USE THEM!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!If I could give this company zero stars I would!!!!!!We hired them in the spring to repair a leak that was coming from the master shower into the master bedroom. They gave a price for $7400. Fast forward 6 months later the leak is back and after almost two weeks of trying to get ahold of the company to send a technician out (which they never did) we contacted the owner Wes. He told us that the only repairs they did on the house at the time were temporary and a "bandaid". Verbatim- he said "bandaid". He said to fix the problem they would need to gut out the entire shower and re-install, which is NOT what we were told in the spring. In the spring, we were told the work they were doing would last 10-15 years. We cut into the wall and the carpet today and there is mold everywhere (which they were supposed to disinfect and clean). It seems all they did was replace the carpet and re-paint. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They advertise they are a 24 hour business but avoided us for two weeks when we contacted them about the leak being back. This company is a SCAM, WORHTLESS and will take your money and will only do cover up work. DO NOT USE

We have a 1100sqft home that had a flooding issue due to A/C leak. They found mold in one bedroom and 2 wet spot in the other 2 bedrooms along with water damage in hallway, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Insurance recommended them. Bad idea, they came out diagnosed and quoted it for 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and hallway. 3 days later they came out with a dehumidifier for the 1 bedroom, that took them 4 days to do "should only be 2" then 2 weeks later they told us to find the materials we wanted so we went to lowes. They apparently ordered our materials the next day, well a week later when they were supposed to start they informed us that the materials they ordered was out of stock so we had to choose new materials. So another week goes by they got the tile finally pulled up  "only about 500sqft of tile" and then the outsourced flooring company they hired came in to lay the new laminate hardwood and carpet. But refused to go inside cause of the animals so they left. Came back next day so I could take care of the animals for them, did the flooring but didn't allow a walk through to make sure we were pleased with the work. Which we weren't, they had cracks in the wood where the carpet met also didn't push the vanity back to the wall so they didn't have appropriate lengths on anything. Even the contractors workers were astonished how bad it was done. Chris argued with us saying it was done right and we didn't know what we were looking at. Well finally floor got fixed and trim was set. Had 1 bedroom done with carpet and hardwood done in the main pathways. Next you know it chris denied that the other 2 bedrooms were on the quote "we have the copy of the invoice from the insurance company, which he refused multiple times to give to us" so now he has stated that they are out of stock he has to get in touch with his boss to see what to do. Wes has also not been much help. It has now been almost a month and a half and we are still in a hotel room with 3 lil kids and us 2.All in all 0/0 chris has no idea what's going on hasn't been back out to the house since to check on the progress, won't communicate with my fiancee so she knows the progress unless we text him and still won't get a response. Time efficiency has been none.I do not recommend this buisness unless you don't want your job to be done on time or right!
