Fabulous experience with HomePro Roofing! Bennie was most helpful working with my previous insurance to have my replacement roof covered. The team that did the install were wonderful. Everything went as Bennie said it would, he even got my roof bought by my Insurance after being denied with another roofing company.!!! He also was true to helping me with minimizing my out of pocket expenses when other companies wanted 3k.Never had a problem getting in touch with him either . We stayed in good contact . I will definitely be referring him to anyone who needs their roof done!!!!

The beginning of our experience was ok however we were owed money back and were continuously reaching out to the Longview office with very little response back and were met with multiple excuses. After months with no answer I finally reached out to their home office. Ayana Simpson was amazing to work with! She explained the process in detail and worked very quickly to insure that we received our money. Ayana Simpson was extremely professional. This was the most stressful experience I have ever had with a company, the rest of HomePro could take a few lessons from her!
