Chris went above and beyond to help me replace my roof. He advocated for me and went out of his way to be at my house during the adjuster's inspection. He is easy to work with, very communicative, and overall a very friendly guy. I don’t know who is driving their trucks but this makes twice one of their trucks has pulled out In front of us in Union grove. There was 5 bikes and this truck pulled directly out in front of them. This is exactly how my brother in law got killed. Maybe yall need to get a new driver before he kills someone!! I hope this business is not run the same way your employees drive.

Chris turned what started out as a catastrophe into a pleasant experience for us. We had hail damage to our roof this past June which was very scary for us because we had never before navigated this process with insurance and so forth. My insurance company inspector said that my roof was "not insurable" and needed to be replaced. I couldn't see nor were we having any problems but I called Chris to come and give it a look and a quote for a new roof, he had installed the roof 11 years ago. He saw NO problems at all after a very thorough inspection and said the roof had a good 10 years of life left. Chris wrote a letter explaining all this to present to my insurance company and they insured my roof. He could have just as easily agreed with the insurance inspector and installed a new roof.
