Rodney and his crew did a fantastic job after my place suffered severe wind damage. They arrived on schedule and got the job done efficiently and with the utmost quality and professionalism. I really appreciated that Rodney keep me up to date on the process as it unfolded and was always available to answer questions. My biggest concern with getting a new roof on my house AND barn was the safety of my dogs and horses, since most contractors leave a mess (roofing nails...not good!). I expressed this concern to Rodney and was very impressed that they really went the extra mile to ensure my critters were safe. Trust me, I did my own magnet dragging and inspecting after the fact, and it was spotless. Roof both places looks and functions great, and I will absolutely be using them again in the future if needed. Received estimates from several local roofing companies for complete removal & replacement. Rodney was very professional and thorough throughout the entire process; estimate quoting through cleanup. Rodney found the particular color my wife wanted in the quality I wanted then followed through on a quality install. He even had their metal shop build and install a matching chimney cap. Longview Roofing removed our old roof and installed a new roof along with guttering. I want to thank Rodney for helping us get the roof and guttering we wanted within the budget allowed by insurance. The crew did an excellent job ripping off the old roof, installing the new roof, and cleaning up all the debris. Rodney and his team literally saved my roof. Not only did he come out and show me personally when, how, and why my roof was damaged, but he was constantly available with advice and helpful insights as I went through the insurance claim process. After the approval, I didn’t hesitate to call Longview Roofing again immediately. And Rodney didn’t hesitate getting an expert crew out to replace my damaged roof with a gorgeous new one in record time, and done right. What Rodney never knew was that I’d measured roofs a few summers when I was young, and I knew the difference between a decent roofing company and a great one. It’s in the details. And I’m so happy with how Longview Roofing did the before, during, and after the job. They were extremely careful on my property, on my house, and went above and beyond to fix things other roofers might’ve let slide such as installing proper flashing, finishing edges, and recovering thousands of old roofing nails. Contacted Ryan early July of 2021, he put me in touch with one of his guys. Ben Reynolds came out and gave me estimate after a couple weeks. I gave them the go ahead and to get it done. A month later and still not scheduled. Contacted them again asking about when I can get scheduled and completed. Kept on saying we will get you in next week and next week was the same story. Now we are in September of 2021, contacted again asking when they could complete the job. He excuse was they have guys out from covid. Ok no big deal, but they continued to keep saying they will get me on next week. They sent out guys again to remeasure everything and get a supply list of what they need for the job. Here we are in December and still can’t get a response or heard when they will get me done. I will start to look for another roofing company because 6 months later and still no work started.

Knowing nothing about metal roofing, my wife and I still decided it was the best look for the style of home we were building. Ryan made that dream come true for us. He met us on site every time we had a question regarding the roof. I remember one day He spent several hours walking the site with me answering my list of questions. Another time he came to the house early and came up with a different look for edges to complement the look we were trying to capture. He was very patient with my lack of knowledge, and would even draw diagrams to explain the processes and how the roof would tie in around all the angles our house. I have called Ryan a few times with questions months after he has been finished, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. I would highly recommend Longview Roofing for any custom home job.
