If you are looking for a roofing company that under promises and over delivers, then Project One Roofing is the one you should call. They arrived on time and started working right away. They completely cleaned the area when the job was completed. Initially I was told the job would take two days to complete. They were done in a day and a half. Chelsey, the project manager was always available when I had a question. I am very pleased with the entire process.

Brandon at Project One saved the day when we had heavy rain that leaked into my office. He came to my work super fast and placed a temp fix over the leaking area until we could get the repairs approved by my corporate office. Once approved Brandon and his guy came to my work and fixed the issues. They were fast, and didn’t leave any evidence that they were even there except for the fact that I don’t have water coming into my office. If you need to have repairs or a whole new roof then give Project One a call! Tell them that you saw this review and figured if Brandon helped me, the he must be the guy to help you too. You won’t be disappointed!! From now on Project One Roofing and Brandon are my go to team for all my roofing needs!!

Chelsea Dunn was amazing, made all the difference. Polite, informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and comforting... she worked with me the appraisers, insurance company and overseas the entire build. I was amazed how efficient the builders worked together. They were very polite and clean and knowledgeable. What a great experience making the chaos of doing a new roof, made easy.

Project One Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. Everyone I met was professional and courteous. After the job was completed, they cleaned all debris from my yard and driveway. We recently had our shingles changed out by Project One of Longview TX. It was very much hassle free from the very start of the process to the end. The first young man we encountered (Hunter Millican) checked our roof and determined we had enough damage that we could file a claim with our insurance. The insurance company did not agree but Hunter and his team were able to get it approved. Before getting started Hunter explained the process very well and he then stayed on site as the Project Manager the whole time the work was being done.The crew did a very good job! Roof looks great! A couple minor things were damaged and Project One had each item completely replaced with new. (I say this because things are going to happen, no job is perfect, and they understand this and had no problem fixing it.)We would have no problem referring Project One! A very good company to do business with.

Wasted my time over 2 months of back and forth, I needed repairs done after a storm and they reached out to me. I ended up choosing them for repairs and was confident in them to get the job done, so after 2 months of me chasing the contractor assigned to me he told me to “take his bid out of the hat”, what a waste of my time, nice people but ridiculous to have to deal with such unprofessionalism.
