I first crossed paths with Roof-Care and Ricardo Gamboa when they re-roofed part of our church. I was very impressed with their work and the professionalism. When it came time to reroof our home, I decided to give them a shot. I was extremely happy with the work they did. We have a metal roof and love it! The church roof was shingle. We most recently had them come back to our home and repair a roofing on our sunroom - don't know who did the original roofing, but it was horrible and leaked badly. But Ricardo and his team took excellent care of us. Roof-Care is a company that I definitely refer everyone to! Great and trust-worthy company!

In September 2017 Roof Care Inc. installed a roof on my home.There was an issue with the roof as soon as installation was completed. There were several deck boards that were dry rotted and hanging down in my attic and others with visible water damage. I called the company and after a lot of negotiation Roof Care came out and repaired the worst board (one). Now, here we are three years later and my roof is leaking. I was told on initial consultation that the roof would have a 10 year warranty, however; I have been unable to get anyone from Roof Care Inc. to do anything more than send an email to me promising a call, which I never received. They continue to ignore my issue and have not done anything substantial to address my roof. These people are not professional or honest and they continue to misuse my trust!Service: Roof installation

I had Roof Care come to my home to repair my chimney that was actually pulling away from my home and when it would rain, it would rain inside my son's room. Horrible job. They used shingles from a previous job that doesn't match the rest of the roof. They put a new roof on rotten boards without telling us it needed to be replaced until after it was done. After everything we get a lien from McCoy's because Roof Care didn't pay them. Trust me, save yourself the headache and find a reputable company.Service: Roof installation
