Great people to work with and the work was done in a timely manner. The guys that did the removal and installation of the new roof were very professional. A big shout out to True Roofing located in Longview. Recently we had a hail storm which I thought may have damaged our roof, but I dreaded the hassle of contacting the insurance company, finding a reputable roofer, and the inconvenience of having someone working on our house. However, neighbors on both sides of me got a new roof due to the storm, and winter was fast approaching. So I decided to bite the bullet and contacted our insurance company.In a timely manner the adjuster inspected the roof and confirmed that I did have damage. When Caleb Gillman, owner of the company, came to give me a bid, I was very impressed with his integrity and Christian morales. He took his time measuring the roof, giving me advice about the underlay, the painted turbans and drip ridge, and just visiting with me. Being in my 80s, I often worry that people will take advantage of me. When Caleb left, I told Nancy, "I liked him. He sounded like a good Christian man."Within two weeks a crew from True Roofing arrived to begin installation. The first crew removed the shingles on the back of the house and put down the underlay, and then the second crew moved in to lay shingles all in one day. The next day the process was repeated on the front of the house. The crew did an excellent job of removing debris around the house, using a back-pack blower and a magnet roller to pick up any stray roofing nails. With the improvement of materials, such as the underlay, the ice and water self-adhesive underlay in the valleys, and the painted turbans and drip ridge which will not rust, I now have a better-looking roof.We were well pleased with the efficiency and courteous behavior of all the workers. Beware of this business owner! After successfully using our services at another roofing company, the owner, Caleb, solicited our services for this brand new company in October 2022. Caleb paid $1500 to onboard onto our software platform and two monthly subscriptions of 129.90. During onboarding, Caleb failed repeatably to show for meetings wasting our time and failed to provide critical information for account setup. Caleb reached out to cancel our services on 12/31/2022. Caleb requested to remove his data and we left his account open so he could do so. Caleb then made a review of our organization FULL of fictitious claims.
