Cody and the crew did a great job l. We are first time buyers so you can imagine this was our first rodeo. Initial experience was 5 stars. Very Friendly, prompt, explained all my questions; proud to support a local business. Raul Olvera is a top notch Foreman and truly nice guy and very much enjoyed working with him. Trouble began after we complained to the owner about damage to our driveway and the nails that kept finding our tires and our feet/shoes. 8 to 10 flat tires on ATVs, brand new mower and truck. I got nails in thru my shoes 4 times and the wife 3 times. I expect a $65K job would have a lot better results. Workers kept coming out saying they used a magnet to scan for nails, but somehow they kept appearing in our tires and feet when we were working in the yard. After 3 complaints, the owner told me he was too busy to do anything else. When it finally rained this year, the gutters they re-hung, they are not hung properly and now overflow on the dead end and have torn the edges, needing repair or rehung. The gutter guy I had come out said some of the gutters were not screwed back in to the roof. Going to cost me $350-$500 for the gutter repairs, $100 to replace the mower tire and cost over $300 to replace truck tire and fix ATV tires. And I almost forgot $250 to replace the bathroom exhaust fan as all the hammering knocked the glass globe loose and it dropped to the floor and shattered. Hard to recommend after the above experience.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I had a few other companies come out and look at my roof, then try to sell me a bag of goods. Raul came out and looked at my roof, already did the mapping beforehand, gave me a fair price on an estimate, and kept me in the loop on materials and when it would be done. It was done well, in a timely fashion, plus there were no surprise expenses and I was able to get everything to my insurance company. So I have to say I was actually mad at first when these guys showed up. I’m a renter and was not aware that they were going to be here at like 7:15 AM. Holy cow, talk about early! So first impressions for me were already out the window because it woke me up after two hours of sleep. (Up late packing because we are moving in four days) So yeah. But I have to say, I stepped outside to see what all the noise was (not fully awake, could not comprehend) and there were like nine guys on the roof just systematically removing all the old roof shingles etc. they had the entire 1700 square foot one story house roof, removed in about two hours. It was quite impressive. They replaced the entire roof from start to finish in just over five and a half hours. And, it’s gorgeous! AND, Jeremy and Jose and their band of rogue roofers were polite, courteous, kind, friendly, all the things. At one point my daughter and I brought out her 3 month old son to see the action and they were fascinating for him to see. They were also attentive to detail and loved explaining things to me! They added flashing around the back side of the chimney in order to give rain water somewhere to run to rather than pooling around the lumber of the chimney and causing rot and leaking. I loved these guys and their attention to detail. Jeremy and Jose run a tight ship and their guys really know how to get a job done right! Now it’s too bad we won’t be here past this week to enjoy the benefits of the new roof :( I will definitely be using Montgomery construction myself in the future when I buy my own place!Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

Jake Tanner with Montgomery Roofing came out and gave me an estimate for hail and wind damage that happened April 2022. Jake explained everything in great detail of what needed to be done. Everything aligned with what my insurance said needed to be done. Jake gave me the date the roofers would be out to replace the roof. Montgomery Roofing came out on the day I was told and finished when I was told it was going to be done. The roofing crew did a great job and a great job on the clean up. I’m very happy with the way the roof turned out. Better than expected. Jake works with X-Treme Gutters to replace the gutters. They also did a great job on the gutters and they cleaned up when they were done.
