Wow, just wow! I am beyond satisfied with the care and performance that 3 Kings provided me with! As a student at school, I never have the time to take care of my house. So when I started to see parts of my roof not looking okay, I freaked out. Luckily, I met up with Mike here at 3 Kings Roofing and immediately he reassured me I was going to be taken care of. These guys are great! There was a horrible storm that took down most of our town. We called up Michael Gomez and he got us taken care of! They even helped with our detached building in the back. He handled all the paperwork, walked us through it step by step. He was great!The materials were delivered promptly, and the crew was there the next day. No waiting with our driveway with flats of roofing gear like I saw at other houses in our area. The guys got it all done in one day! We have a young son and two dogs. I was concerned about the debris, nails, trash being everywhere. I searched couldn’t find a thing. The entire crew spent time combing through our yard to make sure they cleaned up. After the insurance adjustor denied our claim, we contacted 3 Kings, and they sent Michael Gomez over, who found a LOT of hail damage the adjustor 'missed'... Needless to say, once Mr. Gomez got back to them, they reversed course and we got a new roof. The 3 Kings crew who did the work were fantastic and expeditious. Very dissatisfied with this company. Be aware they will tell you anything to get your work. The supposed 3 Kings site supervisor was a joke. He did not do anything but doodle with his truck, did not even get on the roof anytime during the roof replacement. I had to inspect the roof myself and glad I did because there was one section of the roof that still had the old shingles on it that they totally missed. Also found bare spots with no shingles, bare roofing nails, and several valley's that did not line up. The roofers did come back and fix everything except the ridge caps that did not color match the shingles. I tried calling the 3 Kings Area Manager (Mike) but he has not called me back. 3 Kings Roofing will do anything to get your work so just be very cautious and get everything in writing and please check your roof before you pay them because after you pay them you will never hear from them again. We were exceptionally pleased with 3 Kings Roofing. Their crew came in, went to work, removed the old shingles, made repairs as needed and finished the roof quickly and efficiently. They took time to protect the landscaping and Windows before removing the old shingles, then completely cleaned up before leaving. 5-26-20 UPDATE - Was told that 3 Kings does not make the unsolicited calls but that there are roofing telemarketers who call to make appointments and then sell appointments to roofing contractors. Can't personally say for sure so must give benefit of a doubt. However, roofing companies should REFUSE to purchase or accept leads from such telemarketers. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Unsolicited calls from this company 7 times in two days. Ambulance chasing or in their case, hail chasing nationwide roofing company. I hate unsolicited spam calls. They won't leave a message to identify themselves and when you do pick up, they want to be argumentative and deny that they call multiple times. Must have a big sales staff because different callers from the same number. There are LOTS of good reputable local companies without using a nationwide company. I would not trust them if they were the only roofing company available.
